      Isotretinoin. Not tretinoin. It is easily absorbed through the skin and enters systemic circulation. It's an analogue of vitamin A and is highly toxic for the liver and kidneys. It is also a teratogen. So well done for your stupidity.

    • @snifik
      @snifik 2 года назад +12

      As a male I say wash with soap once in a while and don't "overcare" your skin. Nothing else is really needed, except sunscreen on hot summer days. All this listed in the video will make you dependent in the long run. Meaning you will need all this crap to maintain healthy looking skin. Our skin can take care of itself with some cleaning ofcourse. In case of horrible acne there are medications for that. Overwashing your face will damage your skin no matter what it says on the product label and how soft it says it is. Use mild soap, wash, rinse, that's it. You can use some facial cream if you have really dry skin. Also, washing too much will lead to dry skin eventually.

I have 3 step skincare routine ( facewash , moituriser, spf ) in the day and just facewash and overnight cream (herbal) in the night. All prescribed from a really old experienced skin Dr and I started it because I had acne, hyperpigmentation on my skin which occurred when I was using just soap....oh and scars too. Well yes my health, diet, stress all contributed to it but using soap which dried my skin so harshly did too. Maybe a woman's skin is more sensitive.

Since I am soon going to see a dermatologist and have had acne for 10 years of my life and desperately want a clear skin so I want to know what I’ll be getting myself into if I go on accutane. I’ve been getting anti-bacterial facial treatments which do help but don’t completely clear it and since I’ve also used doxycycline it also only helped temporarily. Korean sunscreens,
    Are some of the BEST sunscreens one can acquire, as they are moisturizing , lightweight, affordable, contain MORE UV filters which are not available in the United States; and , I think, most crucially : they are comfortable; NICE TO USE: thus increasing the chances that you will STICK to using them: and stick to using them frequently throughout your day.

    Greetings from Türkiye (: i use acnelyse 0.05. My face was burning when i used this retinol for the first time. But now there is no irritatiton. If you use retinol you dont need anything anything else in your skincare routine. But you need patience. Be carreful when you use retinol. I hope every young Lady has amazing skin inşallah. Ramadan mubarak ❤

    Okay, but… that photo people are spreading to preach about sunscreen is of a brazilian lady who worked all her life in the sun and never used spf. She went through a very abrasive peeling many years ago. She never used spf on her face before that.

    was just going to say in my last comment your skin is so perfect. i used to suffer from acne in my 20s and i found that it was largely internal. if i have good ph balance eating raw foods cooked vegetables even juicing once a day i don't get it anymore. avoid sugary food tobacco coffee and alcohol and your golden. stay alkalized. avoid food that causes acid waste in the body. save your money throw out the products they will age your skin over time and google a food chart of acid waste forming foods and alkalizing foods. trust me i have been on this for a decade.

    getting to the root cause of why you have acne (hormone balancing/ good liver function..)is much more helpful than just a bandaid fix like external use of products, since when you stop using them all the acne comes back!
