      Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds boil it for 5 mintue in 1 cup of water.when cool down drink it after you eat cauliflower .

    Great video packed with useful information. Can I suggest, due to your platform and your ability to share with your followers, that you just clear up the difference between good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. These is not such an existence. That is like saying good water and bad water. H20 is H2o (h2o).
    Cholesterol is Cholesterol just like Water is Water. HDL, so called good Cholesterol is a (High Density Lipoprotein) and a carrier of Cholesterol, but it is NOT Cholesterol. Same goes for LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) and VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein). The difference is that HDL, LDL and VLDL carry Cholesterol to different parts of our bodies.
    You are correct saying Cholesterol is the base molecular structure required to to produce our sex hormones.

    I am aspiring to gain more mass and lean muscle, but I am in accutane. For anyone unaware, accutane is used for acne and other conditions. Unfortunately it has some side effects; the biggest for me is dry skin and lips. To combat this I have to put on lotion and chap stick. Are there and non T lowering lotions or solutions I can use to prevent the dryness?

    I have to put lotion on my arm, I have very dry and sentistive skin and otherwise it bevomes very irritated, I have to do this twice a day.

    Nice video!But about the chemical stuff what should one do to avoid those in air?Get a mask?And about the plastic bottles thing I alrdeady knew plastic=estrogen in someway (that's why I buy the one's with 20% less plastic) but you still can't get rid of plastic guys.It's damn useful,one cannot be carrying a glass botle into the p.x.

    i eat 3 boiled eggs still just about soft in the middle every day, i cook it 6 min as per Canada food guide, i find that's enough protein for me for couple hours till lunch on a work day. im 165lbs 5' 9" is it really enough?

    Removing most sugar from your diet is always a good idea. For me breakfast is my biggest meal. I don't really eat meat tho so I'm big on the avocados and tofu. Never really liked bacon, its to salty.

    Will the “military diet" ruin muscle gains? I workout 5-6 days a week 15 min of cardio and 2 hours of training I want to lose a lot of body fat and gain muscle please help

      +Luis Bahena I had the same problem and I succeed in gaining tons of muscle. I just found the right program for me. It is pretty hard to do it alone though. Find a good trainer or online program, spend a couple of bucks, but it is going to wotrh it beleive me! If you want any kind of advise on you road to 90kg feel free to ask me. I've been there, done that. I know what it feels to be at your lowest. But keep up with the great work bro and soon you will see results. Maximum respect.

      Nobody can tell you how much you need,
      go to different websited and "calculate" your Kcal
      Then take the average amount and start from there
      Watch your weight a few weeks,
      if it changes too fast / slow
      change your calories
      Easy my friend

      +Reckless Raichu I did a little research for you, to maintain your weight you would need to eat 2501 calories a day with no purposeful exercise. So with that information what we can conclude is that in order for you to gain weight/muscle you need to up your calories by 100 - 200 and get your macros 40% from carbs - 40% from protein and 20% from fats download tracking apps like myfitnesspal they will help you track food download apps like bodyspace that will help you with workouts and good luck

    Is this a good breakfast for someone who is about 140 pounds? One egg, One bagel, One slice of sandwich cheese, either two strips of bacon, or two links of sausage. With a standard size mug of coffee, with the equivalent of one cream cup thing and one teaspoon of sugar.

      +ash t some of the new ones are starting to say "BPA Free" I wouldn't worry too much about it. What he didn't cover & what I've read, BPA gets released from plastic when left in direct sunlight or the plastic gets hot. Cold drinks, no worries.
