So with that information what we can conclude is that in order for you to gain weight/muscle you need to up your calories by 100 - 200 and get your macros 40% from carbs - 40% from protein and 20% from fats download tracking apps like myfitnesspal they will help you track food download apps like bodyspace that will help you with workouts and good luck

I have to put lotion on my arm, I have very dry and sentistive skin and otherwise it bevomes very irritated, I have to do this twice a day.
