Did weights fasted in the morning. My testosterone is good as a 35 yr old. Sleep has improved, my libido has improved. My wife has complained about my increase in sexuality. @E Kuqi Protein is the main macronutrient in human diets, hence the term protein coming from the ancient Greek 'proteios' meaning "primary" -- as it's the macronutrient mainly consumed, so a "high protein" diet is the standard.

    • @elpibe1924

@E Kuqi Lol who cares about longevity, my Italian family live onto their 90s eating grains and vegetables/fruits thanks to modernism, but they're incredibly fat and have health conditions.
What's the point of that? The Spanish eat a normal diet (high protein) and have better lives, just look at their history with the Spanish Empire and so on, in fact all of the Mediterranean peoples ate mostly meat and dairy -- grains + vegetables is a modern thing for the vast populace, but whatever enjoy your highly processed sugar estrogenic diet, at the end you'll keep being a low testosterone fat sugar craving manlet.

I can’t even begin to explain how appreciative I am for your videos. I started intermittent fasting a few weeks ago because I’ve always known it’s healthy and back in the early 2000’s, It was a natural thing for me to only eat after 5pm and not later than 9-10pm and I was in the best shape back then. I started doing more research on fasting to make sure that I was doing it right this time being that I’m in my mid 40’s. That’s how I found your channel and I have learned so much from you and I feel so much better as a result in the past few week. I have been slowly dropping the extra 20 pandemic pounds, I feel good and I’m more energetic. But best of all, I’ve been listening to what you suggest as additions to the fasting such as lemon water and minerals which was easy because I love lemon water, and I love mineral water so I’ve been drinking San Pellegrino and squeezing fresh lemon into it daily. That’s just one of many way’s I’ve been following your advice. Thank you so much Dr. Berg and thank you to your team as well.

When Advertising took hold in the 50's and even more so in the 70's the food industry decided in order to sale more product it would tell us that we needed to have 3 meals a day in order to get the nutritional needs the body needed and they even convinced the FDA to go along with that thought process, they even made up a chart that shows the different food groups and how much of each we should eat, they had long term financial goals. People were getting paid off in order to push that agenda. I feel better than I ever did eating once a day at the age of 50 and I work out and feel like I am in my 30's. Working Out for increased natural T:
Weight lifting is primary. Lift heavy weights, no "tone" 15-20+ rep crap and forgedabout bodybuilding multiple exercises (especially single body part isolation movements) and many multiple sets
DO compound, multiple joint whole body exercises. Seriously, avoid machines whenever possible. NO isolation exercises for at least six months. So, this means squats, deadlifts, overhead (standing military) press, Bench Presses, Chin/Pull Ups, or Barbell/Kettlebell/Dumbbell rows.
Research these three programs, choose ONE that works for you, and stick to it for at least half a year.
    1. Starting Strength, from Mark Rippetoe
    2. Power to the People or the Russian Bear program by Pavel Tsatsouline
    3. Stronglifts 5x5 program.
For cardio: walk with a loaded knapsack-- aka rucking.
A Kettlebell Swing (RKB "Hard Style") Routine is a GREAT cardio and posterior chain exercise. This will not only improve your butt and your thrusting endurence, it is a proven T-builder. The KB weight should light enough not to interfere with your strength training but heavy enough to achieve results. Most men, starting out with a 35 pound KB is right.
Get adequate sleep, improve your diet (natural saturated animal fat is actually crucial!), and get some actual sunlight on your head, if not your body. Sunlight produced vitamin D is incredibly important for making T as well as the proven psychological benefits, especially stress reduction, in regularly getting natural light and fresh air.

The worse part is: the channel host is OBVIOUSLY not following his own advice. Doctor? I've never seen his degrees, but I've seen his videos. He's not practicing what he preaches. Manboobs, slack belly, high pitched voice and slumped shoulders. There is zero T-production involved in his own personal practices. His professional advice is sound, yet incomplete. Perhaps because he doesn't really practice or understand it on a personal level. He's read it in journals and thinks that he can make a compelling RUclips video, but he doesn't really grasp the visceral importance or even the personal experience of having any level of self-development. Hey, "Doctor" this isn't about hits or views, but about real people. Your own videos show a genuine lack of actual personal experience in the highly personal topics that you like to make click bait videos about. You either need to actually show your own personal results or just shut the fuck up.

It really boils down to staying fit and eating healthy, that's all. The body will take care of the rest. Like an engine, you feed your body with "high octane" food and you get high performance. Feed it with low octane sludge and you'll have breakdowns and all kinds of problems. It's really that simple
You also have to run that engine regularly to keep it running well.

I think the most important concept I take away from Dr Berg’s lectures is that the leg bone is connected to the hip bone. Meaning any health issue that we may have, is multi-faceted, and requires and array if solutions to get us where we need to be.
For example, if we eat too many sugar/carbs there are multiple bodily systems affected, understanding how they all work together, is the strength of Dr Berg’s knowledge base.

Dr I think another way to increase TS is by manipulating and controlling The Kisspeptin Hormone which is the root of Gonadotropin , apparently Kisspeptin gets increased when the person fasts from Ejaculation and thus not producing a negative feedback , also by the increase of Vasopresin which gets increased by periodic water fasting , my assumption is that it might be good that men get a week in a month off from ejaculating and thus ramping up the kisspeptin and also a week doing water fasting to increase Vasopresin , ofcourse keeping intermittent fasting regaled aswell which by itself `d increase both the TS and GH.and ofcourse Oxitocin would also increase which has its own manuplation routs from mechanical stimuli to intermittent fastings , also it oughtto be noted that after the week of ejaculation fasting the person must have a quite frequent amount of s*x as ejaculation by itself would increase TS , oxitocin and vasopresin , Pumpkin Seed Oil , Stinging Nettles , Saw Palmetto , Coconut oil and many other herbs like 5 alpha redutase inhibitors along with the cruciferous vegs and House and Food Mold avoidance would do wonders , also here is a list of 5 alpha reductase natural inhibitors :
      Zinc.[11]
      Riboflavin (vitamin B2).[12]
Azelaic acid,[11] (sometimes combined with minoxidil hair solution).
β-Sitosterol,[13] is just one of the many phytosterols.
      Polyphenols[14]
      Alizarin,[citation needed]
Curcumin,[citation needed] the principal curcuminoid of turmeric.
Green tea catechins, including (-)-epicatechin-3-gallate, and (-)-epigallo-catechin-3-gallate (EGCG).[15]
Valoneic acid dilactone and gallagyldilactone are two hydrolysable tannin polyphenols isolated from the heartwood of Shorea laeviforia[16] and oaks species such as the North American white oak (Quercus alba) and European red oak (Quercus robur) are inhibitory.[17]
      Angelica koreana [18][19]
Garden Balsam or Rose Balsam (Impatiens balsamina)[20]
Pollen of Turnip, turnip rape, fast plants, field mustard, or turnip mustard (Brassica rapa)[21]
      Dodder (Cuscuta reflexa)[22]
      Euphorbia jolkinii[23][24]
Lingzhi mushroom or Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum)[25][26][27][28]
Ganoderic acid,[29] or Ganoderol B are thought to be the compounds in the mushroom that are specifically active.[30]
Chinese Knotweed (Polygonum multiflorum),[31] contains resveratrol-like Stilbenoids.
Black Pepper leaf extract (Piper nigrum) [32]
      Red Stinkwood (Pygeum africanum)[33]
Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens, active substance possibly lauric acid[34])[35][36]
The berries of saw palmetto (Serenoa repens), a small palm native to the south east United States, possess a dual 5a-reductase inhibition activity, due to their high content of phytosterols: β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, lupeol, lupenone, and cycloartenol. Permixon® was launched in Europe in 1984 but has no FDA approval. The lipido-sterol extract markedly inhibits both the human isoenzymes. Type 1 isoenzyme is noncompetitively (Ki = 7.2 μg/mL) and type 2 isoenzyme uncompetitively (Ki = 4.9 μg/mL) inhibited[37]
Pine (Pinus sp. resin, active substance abietic acid)[38]
Ku Shen or Bitter root (Sophora flavescens)[39]
      Japanese hedge parsley (Torilis japonica)[40]
Eastern Arborvitae, Northern Whitecedar (Thuja occidentalis)[41]
Spore of Japanese climbing fern (Lygodium japonicum)[42]
The relative inhibitory potencies of unsaturated fatty acids are, in decreasing order: Gamma-Linolenic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, and myristoleic acid.[43]
Medium chain fatty acids such as those found in coconut and the kernel of many palm fruits have also been found to inhibit 5α-reductase.[44]
Certain pesticides are able to disturb the sex steroid hormone system and to act as antiandrogens.[45]
Also I think having a whole month in a year for ejaculation fasting would increase kisspeptin capabilities significantly.

Bunny Chandu then as much as you can , as this would increase TS , oxitocin and vasopresin all together. also mechanical stimuli of the epithelial tissues would stimulate oxitocin.don`t forget the intermittent fast ,the water fast , the list of 5 alpha and arometase inhibitors , calciferous veg and toxin and mycotoxin free food and house mold, exercise ,fats limited sun and average blood insulin reduction ,but please note this is what i think based on Dr Berg`s idea , the reason i posted it was to have his view point and take over this and also surrounding the kisspeptin .

I do 5x10 squats and 5x10 deadlifts every day to start my workout. Get those large muscle groups involved.

I had testicular cancer back in 2010. I am now having very low testosterone levels around 86. I also became a diabetic due to the steroid that they gave me with chemo. It caused me to go from 215 to 327 in 6 months. I also take fenofibrate. What should I do?

Kale, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage are the 4 veggies he mentioned to boost testosterone. That’s good to know! I’ll get those next time I’m in the produce section.

Don't like kale, tastes like freshly mowed grass or old seaweed or something. Do like the others though.

Great video Dr Berg. One quick question do you believe that taking melatonin decreases production naturally by the pineal gland. Melatonin has not been approved in the UK but is readily available in the US. Attending seminars in Dallas the integrated doctors recommend it for its health benefits if sleep is a problem. Just wondering your opinion on taking it!? Thank you and Happy New Year! About to start your scholarship in the New Year :-)

4:15 save some time, I know there's also an HGH supplement (helps your body produce it) and a testosterone supplement. I used to get them from a recommended source that is 100% natural. Thank you great to see people on the same team. 😀

Dr. Berg, thanks for another insightful and helpful video. You kind of rushed showing the supplement that you held in your hand. I could not make out what you were saying and you didn't offer a clear view of it. Can you please tell me what it is? Thank you!
