  • At Bolney Wine Estate in England, they specialize in red wine, but also produce white and sparkling wine. The sparkling wines go through a slightly different process again. They are fermented in the bottle, each bottle must be spun occasionally to consolidate the sediment that forms. This sediment can then be removed by a process called disgorging.

Flipping or riddling each bottle to remove sediment is not an efficient way of clarifying the wine.
This should be done prior to bottling on a large scale.

I'm sorry but you guys did something wrong. There are multiple methods of doing sparkling wine, but what you put in video is a mistake. In sparkling wine, the wine itself doesn't get fermented on the bottle but it goes on the process of double fermentation. The first fermentation it's done just like regular wine, but with low quality, because sparkling wine usually doesn't have a high alcohol level. Then the wine is bottled with a type of liquor that enables the second fermentation. And then all the rest of the process that you said is correct. Sorry but I study enology and I had to inform you.

Please consider the possibility that the Bible is true and genuinely open your heart to Jesus Christ. Break down before him in prayer, bare your soul, and ask for forgiveness. Read at least Genesis Mathew and one book you chose yourself. As you do please remember to put Jesus Christ’s lessons into practice in your own life. Start with forgiveness. Work though some of that inner baggage we all build up with our parents. Please, it is super important.
      The Bible is truth,
      Jesus Christ is Lord.

Flipping or riddling each bottle to remove sediment is not an efficient way of clarifying the wine.
This should be done prior to bottling on a large scale.
Surprised with this omission in the process.
Outrageous waste of time and money.
Ridiculous considering everything else is done so well.
To spoil the process in this manner is absolutely appalling.
    😮
