A must-have summer snack, Homemade Creamy Red Bean Bingsoo. (Shaved Ice with Adzuki Bean Paste)

  • The combination of soft red bean paste and milk. Plus, the chewy rice cake is a plus.
    As I eat, I find myself grinding milk again.
    Have a bowl of creamy red bean milk shaved ice.
    * To be prepared
    1. Pack milk
    2. Condensed milk
    3. Red bean bingsu red bean
    - You can grind it using the shaved ice that is sold on the market,
    Prepare red beans, sugar and salt to make it taste good to my taste.
    4. Perfect match
    - You can use the chalddeok that they sell in the market.
    - If I want to make it, prepare glutinous rice flour, salt and sugar.
    * How to make it
    1. Milk shaved ice
    1-1. Spread the wings of the pack milk and freeze it in the freezer for more than a day.
    1-2. Take out the frozen pack milk and peel it off and grind it on a grater.
    1-3. Put it in a pretty bowl and sprinkle condensed milk.
    It's delicious as it is. ^^*
    2. Creamy red bean
    2-1. Put the washed red beans in a pressure cooker and boil it for 20 to 25 minutes by adding 3 to 4 times more water.
    2-2. Turn off the heat and wait until all the pressure is gone.
    2-3. Put the well-boiled red beans in a blender and grind them. If it doesn't work well, add a little water.
    2-4. Put the cream-like red beans in a pot and add a pinch of salt and sugar to your liking and boil it again.
    2-5. If it feels like a thick cream, that's it.
    2-6. Make a lot and keep it refrigerated/frozen and take it out whenever you eat it.
    3. Perfect match
    3-1. Pour about 1 cup of water into 1 cup of glutinous rice flour and stir.
    3-2. Wrap it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and repeat the stroke 3 times.
    3-3. If it feels like steamed rice, put it on the wrap and cool it down.
    3-4. Take it out before you eat it in patbingsu and cut it into bite-size pieces.
    3-5. If you've made a lot, put it in the freezer when it's soft and take it out 10 minutes before you eat it, it becomes soft again.
    Put 1, 2, 3 in one bowl and eat yum yum. ♡

    와 정성이 들긴하지만 만들어먹으면 정말 맛있을것같아요 ㅠㅠ

      네 넘 맛있어요~^^ 한번 팥, 떡 만들어두면 냉동실에 넣어놨다가 그담부턴 우유만 갈아서 있는거 올려서 먹으면 되니 그래도 해볼만 하답니다 😋

    떡을 이렇게 쉽게 만들수 있다니 신기하네요! 다회용 랩 사용하기 편하신가요? 살까말까 맨날 고민만 하다가 아직 안샀어요 ;;;

      다회용랩 저는 쓸만하더라구요~ 물론 씻어써야하는게 좀 귀찮을수도 있는데, 그냥 설거지할때 같이 하면 되고, 색도 잘 안배고 계속 써도 점착력이 떨어지지 않아 좋아요😄
