- Here you can hear the awesome 6-track demo from THE STORM (1989) with fantastic vocals from Kristina Nichols !!! The best female fronted AOR / Melodic Rock demos I have ever heard !!!
The first time I heard these demos from THE STORM, they took my breath away !!! I have the demos original on cassette tape with the band "promo" photo and info.
Luckily these songs all ended up on the THE STORM - Sweet Surrender (2010) CD with a few more fantastic songs !!!

Quite possibly THE female fronted Aor who hit that most delicate mix of melody and muscle. Other brilliant acts like Saraya and Witness hit harder…..but for me I prefer this slightly more melodic tone in this genre….The Storm execute perfectly along that thin line.
