Do the bass and floor toms tune differently with the top and bottom skins, or are both tones/ pitches pretty much the same?

Would a 13” snare fit inside the drum, or does a throw off make it too big?

Thanks for your message. I have since sold this kit, but I think that it might work depending on the size of the throw. But you could check by placing your 13" snare inside the hoop of a 16" floor tom. If there's about half an inch of clearance on either side, it should work. Thanks again!
