I am a state firearm instructor in Ma since 2000, I am the only instructor that has written a book on the gun laws of the state as well as firearm safety relevant for any state, the book is called GUN SENSE. That said, a gun control bill is pending here in Ma, HD4220, it will literally turn all legal gun owners into felons virtually overnight! Police departments are starting to protest this bill, as they should. No officer should endanger themselves and lawful citizens by trying to enforce the unconstitutional dictates this horrendous bill presents.

Now explain how Mass defines a bump stock as a machine gun but won't let you possess one even if you have a machine gun license

I'll bet the criminals follow that law to the tee.
They now know how to out arm themselves , while the law abiding citizens can barely own a gun bigger than a bb gun

This is why gun laws in the U.S. are unconstitutional. Where you can carry, how you can carry, what arms you can carry, how much ammo or types of mags you can carry???
If the militia i.e. the people i.e. national guard i.e. national reserve i.e. military, et all, were to be called-- would the ppl show up with muskets or ar15's & ak47's? Would the gov't issue muskets or ar15's and variants-- m4's & m16's?
So they can't ban ar15's. That would be unconstitutional, violate the 2nd Amendment. The ppl would show up with their own arms, so gun confiscations and regulations on nfa items not being able to cross state lines or not able to be passed down to our children, or allowing someone else to take each others arms i.e. if someone is killed ir is injured, you would take their arms & munitions from the battle field, possessing others nfa items is a felony & illegal if they're not present. So those laws are unconstitutional.
Would the gov't want, or would the ppl show up with a fixed magazine or a magazine with a 10rd capacity, or,, with a 30rd mag capacity? The answer is simple, they would issue 30rd mags and they wouldn't be fixed mags or limited to 8 or 10rds. So they can't ban 30rd mags or make detached mags illegal or fixed mags, that would be unconstitutional, violate the 2nd Amendment.
Would the gov't issue or would the people show up with stabilizing braces or stocks? Stocks gives you the adjustable length of pull, more stability and accuracy than a pistol brace. So undermining effectiveness and accuracy, would be unconstitutional because it undermines the militias/people's effectiveness i.e. a uniformed and regulated militia.
Well Regulated, when the constitution was written meant uniformed. I carry a parts kit. Springs, extra firing pin,, extractors, triggers and trigger kits, batteries for my lights and lasers,, so if a well uniformed & Regulated militia was called, our ar' and ak's would have interchangeable parts, parts kits, stocks, magazines, firing pins, triggers and extractors, we all have the same ammo, same batteries for accessories, etc. If someones firearms went down & became disabled, we would be able to interchange parts and parts kits to get their arms back up and in the fight. So the gov't couldn't ban any parts, parts kits or accessories, as it would undermine a uniformed & regulated militia and violate the 2nd Amendment-- which would be unconstitutional, thats Treason to undermine and make less effective our preparedness and readiness, the militia is necessary to the security of a free state, and any regulations or laws undermining that is aiding and abetting the enemy...
If we had suppressors that lowered the decibel levels & reduced flash, we could share them amongst each others rifles or sbr's, example: if someones firearm went down, I'd give them parts or parts kits to get their arms back in the fight, and they would pass me their suppressor to reduce or eliminate flash until their arms are back up and ready, and return his suppressor back to them or take them from the battlefield if they lost their life, we could use these suppressors uniformally on our firearms, making them uniform between our weapons platforms via same thread pitch and quick detach hosts, would make it unconstitutional to ban or regulate arms and accessories, even suppressors, because it would again, undermine a uniformed & Regulated militia, making these laws and restrictions unconstitutional.
The argument we've been fighting wrong has been about criminals using them; and not about what a well Regulated and uniformed militia i.e. the people, the national guard, military, would use and show up with if called to defend the security or a free state or American...

Need an Ltc a or the Ltc b for a revolver. The Ltc b isn’t issued anymore. Fid card only allows non large capacity long guns shits absolutely unconstitutional.

Numerous states have gravitated to "Constitutional Carry"..negating the need for the permit system....Lawmakers in these states grew weary of fielding questions from voters that asked why a Constitutional Right had been converted to a heavily restricted,, often times "paid" privilege...The police in the town we live usually process a renewal on a carry permit in 7 minutes.for the paperwork, .due to the fact they are less than reluctant to answer a question like that.

Constitutional carry isn't very good. However i'm against the magazine restrictions. it should be 15 rounds not 10.

I beleive the way it is works if you're just driving to a state where your firearms permit is legal then it's fine. Alls you can do it stop for gas or whatever.

Massachusetts is top tier cucked. Lol.
The revolution started in the state, and now they treat the 2nd amendment like the gay nerd in a 1980s high school. Their favorite pastime is illegally kicking the shit out of it

If a police officer sees a buldg on your hip of an owb holster does suspicion of him thinking you have a gun give him articulate reasonable suspicion to search you or your vehicle?

He’s a lawyer and doesn’t know MA gun law. You need an LTC to own ANY handgun but he said a revolver can he had on only an FID card. WRONG

The Ma gun laws are going to change for the worst soon. If you are sitting on the fence get off the fence, the requirements will be far more expensive and restrictive. Target and hunting only is typically for an FID. I have given the class for 24 years and have the only book on this subject titled GUN SENSE. My book walks you through every aspect including judicial review. I give a very good Reason Letter at #19 GS and much more.
