    Never ask a hotel if you can carry inside. Don't tell the cop you're carrying unless they ask, you plan on revealing your gun to them or they're gonna be searching you. You can carry more than 10 rounds you just need pre-ban mags, you don't need a background check for private sales you just have to make sure they have a license and you do the proper paper work.

    • @theantil7
      @theantil7 Год назад +1

      When you say 10 rounds, is that per mag or total? Like, can I carry an extra mag that holds 10 or less?

    I’m sorry how insane this state is they gave a right to people to open marijuana dispensaries everywhere matter fact a slight one next to the other and you’re not allowed to have a gun to protect yourself. This is baloney go to New Hampshire. You can just buy whatever gun you want you don’t need to show nothing just you pay tax there and that’s it. I got so many guns there

    I am a firearm instructor In Massachusetts since 2000. I am the only instructor in the state that has written a book on the firearm laws of the state as well as a deep dive into firearm safety that applies to anyone anywhere. The book is called GUN SENSE.
    There is a new bill that may be voted on at the end of July 2023, it is bill HD4220 and it will, if enacted , drastically change everything that you just heard on this video. It is also a very unconstitutional bill that even the police are protesting!! Stay tuned…..

    Therefore, I believe that this channel would be the most appropriate platform to finally obtain a resolution to this matter, as it is not only myself who seeks this information.
    I would like to inquire whether it is legally permissible to engage in target shooting within publicly accessible wooded areas.

    I am a proud gun owner in MA, and I can vouch that if you are a responsible law abiding gun owner, you'll have absolutely no issues getting a permit and / or conceal carrying in MA. However MA is not a "stand your ground" state, and therefore, do not brandish your weapon at the drop of a hat ... only use your weapon if you are 200% positive that unless you do so, you and / or your close ones or someone else is going to die at the hands of someone evil or some wild dangerous animal. MA also does not allow use of magazines higher than 10 rounds, and MA rightly so, does not permit owning or carrying assault weapons of mass destruction.
