There’s some holes in your logic… 1. People that excel at calisthenics Lilly tend to be smaller in stature genetically 2. Throw a few “jabs” will not make you huge
They also always meditate and focus not to drop the soap.
😂😂😂
Bro I love ur voice, so calm ngl
Don't forget juice, ppl act like because it's prison they can't their hands on juice, but they can and they do.
Yessir, some guys can do it naturally but the real big dudes you see are getting sauce behind bars, or have a history of use before prison.
Bro be sounding like the guy standing behind me after I dropped the soap.
Wish this guy would stand behind me when I drop it 🤷🏼♂️💯
Wtf is going on here!?
And they train to failure so push ups when finished the straight away push up on knees and after that push ups of the wall keep going until it burns so much.
Is there a video of this ? The one with the wall after knee ?
Bodyweight is enough you just gotta do harder variations
And increase reps
Rs tho instead of me doing 500 pushups in less then 30 minutes sometimes I do 700 to 900 besides with the weight vest I am shredded af just doing it for 144 days I am impressed how strong I got lol
@@yannikidhow many one arm push ups can you do in a row. One arm push ups will show how strong you truly are. And make sure to keep your feet together twisting to the side like a banana is fine.
i do the max 5 but do knucle pushups that is way better to do seen @@watermelongames3194
I do 20 in a row bro but mostly I do jail style pushups cuz that forms your chest more don't judge me most of my life I have been to jail now I am man of God I change my ways and I am getting my prioritys straight @@watermelongames3194
Doesn’t matter if they don’t look big. Anyone who can master his own body and go from regular push-up to one arm to strong core muscles and calisthenics in general is far more impressive than a big dude who just looks “intimidating”
My brother went to prison and came out jacked and you can absolutely build muscle off of body weight. He had nothing else better to do with what he had. He did progressive overload which builds muscle. And ate the 3 meals they gave him. And slept longer than most outside of prison. The strongest guys you’ll see in prison because strength and looking strong are two different things.
Do you think bodybuilders will have a 50 inch chest and NOT be able to bench a lot? Calisthenics is relative strength(aka control of ones body) and bodybuilding has carry over to max strength(aka lifting heavy weights). You're comparing apples to oranges. You're not going to get a 405 bench doing bodyweight pushups variants and you wont be doing muscle ups just from lat pulldowns. Pros and cons to both training styles so we can do both calisthenics & weightlifting(As said by Alpha Destiny, Austin Dunham and Tao Physique)
@@fittysit-tea5287 most bodybuilders can’t even do handstand let alone pull ups and one arm push-ups unless they do calisthenics as well. Yeah your bench totally matters mate. You look strong but you aren’t strong. Like I said master your own body. Mediocre fitness influencers will say that their opinions matter over thousands of prisoners who get big and gain loads of muscle in prison. If you want to do bench press then do it doesn’t matter to me. All I’m saying is calisthenics is way better. Looking stronger vs actually being strong
Man you’re spittin mastering your body is far better
@@jbird4165 But someone who can lift 400 lbs is probably gonna be stronger than someone who can do 20 muscleups.
@@jbird4165 You didn't read what I said, didn't you? I said that a bodybuilder won't be doing handstand push-ups or frontlevers from body building alone.
But a calisthenics athlete won't be bench 405 either. They are 2 different forms of strength(calisthenics being relative) & bodybuilding having carry over to max strength.
That's like saying Kipchoge isn't a good cardio endurance athlete because he can't do 30 pullups(which would display muscular endurance due to high reps). Bodybuilders can lift more, calisthenics guys can control their bodyweight more.
Both strong, just different adaptations of strength
I wished I was surrounded with other men who want to better themselves and we could challenge each other all the time
Go to the gym than
Its also the fact that they are being under constant stress of getting beat up.
this dude cured my insomnia
You have no idea what goes on in prison if you think people are training jabs and punches.
What do you think goes on?
Some people not everybody, they fighting to kill, not to train. This video really doesn't make since, u really get stronger in jail or prison cause u simply got time to do so. Obviously
"To test this we are going to rob a sto-"
💀
Also just sheet volume. If you have nothing to do but workout all day you're going to get a crazy amount of volume in that most people won't.
“There also fighting… a lot” WHHHHHHAT??? Lmao this ain’t a movie bro
I love how people outside from jail always think they know how the people in jail are doing things
Exactly! They always add weight to their body weight to get jacked.
I’ve seen men who used to be in prison fill trash bags with water and lift. Gotta use what you got, huh?
did they turn you on?
Testosterone levels are on another level in prison
That's the opposite of true
@@imjusttrollingyou.5799 Alright bro Im not reading all that but stress is shown to decrease levels of testosterone so if anything prisoners would have low test

Dude sound like "Allow me to show you something" Alan watts
Bro the “let me show you something” is alw the selling point of these vids. Why his voice so comforting
They just lift heavy ass things, eat a lot and the right nutrients plus sleep a lot.
How do you get the right nutrients in prison?
Heavy protein, fat, carb diet. The sleep is one of the main things though
@@budekins542sometimes you can still buy some food and stuff in prison
@@budekins542trust me guys in there eating healthier than most free dudes
Let me show you something 🤣🔥
Hollywood should hire this dude for documentaries. He so smooth and natural
the male amber heard
Technique! And variation! And reps . !Creative ways to stress the body. It’s not simply fighting, it’s a lot of conditioning and hours of gettin it in !
This question was in my mind for a long time
My guy you need to do some of that old school 90’s documentary narration. You got that narration dawg in you
Everybody is now a muscle building coach
My guy right here would’ve shut down the books on tape industry no 🧢 can’t nobody compete with tone 😂
It’s about volume and time. Prisoners do push-ups for hours and hours every day. Calisthenics dorks train 30 minutes and complain that their little wee wee is small.
😂😂😂😂
Lol yeah bro gotta get that trap development from punching people so much I become jacked but somehow also not die
They do pushups and pullups all day everyday they train full body everyday. That's all it is
Lots of sleep too.
Definitely lotsss of sleep
So why does every bodybuilder on TikTok say “don’t overtrain👶🏻
@@4ktreyitos32over training is bad only if you are not sleeping properly.
If you only do workout, sleep and eat then you are giving enough rest to the muscles.
@@4ktreyitos32depends on total volume and theres a reason fitness dudes on TikTok are way bigger lol
Dips and hammer curls got me jacked
I could listen to this guy read me bed time stories until I’m ready for my death bed.
He be using the Andrew Tate hand sign 😂
FreetopG
That’s a Matra and Tate didn’t invent it
He’s not wrong. I’m a CO and we commonly have to take weights made out of various things from inmates during shakedowns. Personally, i prefer to let them keep things thar aren’t being used in a negative way. I’m all for inmates doing crafts and working out over worrying abt other races or gangs and getting up to trouble. It saves everyone in the prison a lot of trouble. However, yea they make weights and some of them are lowkey genius abt it. My favorite is when they take commissary bottles and fill them with water and take the string they make and wrap it to a handle of sorts so they have 4 bottles per side and it’s like a dumbbell. Really hurt me to have to toss such a masterpiece in the garbage.
weights is very good for getting big but honestly i like the sleek muscular calisthenic build rather than the huge weight lifter build
Why this man whispering in my ear like he finna bust 😂
😂😂
Wait til this guy hears about voiceboxes
This dude got a damn whistle when he says anything with the letter S in it bahahahahahah
From what I hear, it seems like you get a lot of food but always feel hungry
Also the T boost being around other violent men all the time helps.
Bros voice is deeper than the Pacific ocean
Steps to develop a stronger and bigger and better body
1. Break the law
2. Go to prison
3. Follow prison regimen
Bro ur voice is so calming
I think for upper body you can kind of get away with only bodyweight but for legs you need weights for sure
I think they carry heavy inmates on their shoulders
my dad still got his prison build an he 47, he basically a prime rey mysterio to give yall an image.
The need to be strong and survive must have been enough motivation for most of those guys to go that hard
the voice too lit
Also, the constant threat of danger raised their test levels.
