Mastar, in case you didn't realize, the evil villain Carmine was telling Goten and Trunks about was just Gohan. He was trying to trick them into taking down Gohan for them, since they lost their only andriods that were capable of doing it. It is definitely not a new evil character lol.

While it is weird they didn't sense Gohan Beast the first time, it's not that weird since their attention is solely on their own fight along with the fact that Beerus' planet is on the other side of the universe(Whis even states it takes him 30 minutes to travel from Beerus' planet to Earth). Similar situations have happened before such as when Vegeta was so focused on fighting Zarbon in their first encounter that he didn't sense Krillin fly at full speed to Guru's house or when Piccolo was so focused on fighting 17 that he didn't notice Cell making his way there until it was too late.
Its not even weird at all. By the end of goku and vegetas fight, both goku and vegeta could barely stand, let alone sense energy from billions of miles away.

Is he a fusion level threat tho? lol Whis stated that Goku and Vegeta were the strongest in the universe back at the start of the granolah arc. Judging from the fact that Broly still can't use super saiyan at will, and can hardly control his ki enough to not destroy Beerus's planet, it appears like he has done very little training. It looks like this is the first time he has done significant training since his fight with SSB Gogeta. And I really doubt Broly somehow managed to surpass goku and vegeta again within this single day lol.

It's very simple: Granolah and Gas wished to be the strongest in the universe, and by the end of the arc, Goku had surpassed Granolah and was basically on par with Gas. So yes, aside from Frieza, Goku is CONFIRMED to be the strongest mortal in the universe, as its very unlikely that another mortal has managed to surpass goku since that fight.
That point aside, the rest of your argument is so nonsensical that I'm inclined to believe your trolling. "Broly and Gogeta Blue were equal near the end of the fight" loooool in what world do you think this is true? That is just flat out false. If you actually watched the movie, you'd see that once Gogeta went Blue, Broly didn't land a SINGLE solid hit on him for the rest of the fight. Gogeta Blue was much stronger than Broly.

DBS needs to just get it over with and make Broly a permanent part of the Goku and Vegeta crew! I mean he's 1 of 3 of the full blooded saiyans left. He needs to have kids and all creating new half breed characters too! That has so much potential to be soo good and I'm sure fans would love to see that happen. it just blows my mind that they haven't done it already.
I feel like he'll just overpass goku and vegeta too much that it'll overshadow everyone else. He should just be like Gohan, every now and then just come by and do some cool shit.

He just pops up once in a blue then goes away and does his own thing until he meets back up with Goku and Vegeta again. I want him to be a permanent part of Goku and Vegeta's full blood Saiyan crew. As it should be since they are the last full bloods of their race.

Vegeta seems like the one most likely to be carefully selective in his decisions and least likely to be thoughtless on any duty given to him.
Broly has the power but he also has a very gentle disposition. He avoids conflict and does not want to hurt others and never has. Only when pushed over the edge does his wrath come out. He has Cheelai as both a love interest and the thing that keeps him grounded and I dont see him leaving her willingly let alone becoming the world ending monster he does not wan't to be. Dude would probably rather open a flower shop with his friends than be a God of Destruction and thats respectable. Plus, one more powerhouse around should the Z fighters need back up.

Goku leaves his family so much its a meme all by itself, but bringing Armageddon to entire civilizations really isn't something Goku would ever want regardless of what medium you consume of the series. Japanese version he's definitely not the mock superman the American dubs paint him as but he's still no destroyer.
Piccolo is possible but honestly his whole journey has been him turning into compassionate and supportive softy in the best possible ways. He's kind of a grandfather to Pan and has shown to be very adoring of her. I don't see him going against those personal growths he's made over the series since DBZ. I think those days are long behind him and he's much happier because of it.
Gohan is a big no way from me. Just like Goku its very opposed to who he is as a person and what has defined him and his journey.
Vegeta is the best candidate imo with the most compatible personality traits and skills but again, he's reasons to stick around home and his family.
I could see Cheelai dying and that sending Broly into a less compassionate state of mind. I could even see Beerus killing her in front of him specifically to set this in motion. Some seem to forget Beerus is not a gentle giant, his job requires him to basically be a sociopath and he has come very close to killing Z fighters before and not always for understandable reasons. It's rarely compassion with him but rather tolerance, restraint or the offer of food that keeps him from crossing that line. He's had a cute moment or two with Pan but beyond that he's not as nice as some seem to think.

Vegeta makes the most sense as far as becoming the god of destruction but Beerus talking to Goku about it (which makes no sense to me at all) tells me that they are sticking to classic Toriyama story telling where they amp up Vegeta and make it seem like he’s going to get a legit win, only to just is bring his story tumbling down and end his side of the arc in failure smh. I wish they would let Vegeta have a win for a change, he has the most character development in the entire series, and works hard at everything he does. I really think that introducing Black Freeza is just a ploy to get us to think he's still evil and that he's going to be the big bad in the next arc. I believe that Freeza has changed throughout the entirety of the series, that he simply trained like crazy just so he could be stronger than Goku/Vegeta (or just stronger than anyone for that matter) and that it's all just an act. Mind you, Freeza is not the best person in the series by far, but I don't think he's really the main villain anymore.
It's just really odd to me that someone who has attained so much hasn't really done anything yet to provoke the main cast, especially because he's reached a point he could easily sweep them all seemingly low-diff. Whis might be right when he said that maybe the strongest in the universe emerged somewhere else entirely and we have yet to be introduced to them. Freeza becoming the God of Destruction doesn't seem that far-fetched to me anymore, especially because none of the current contenders have any motives to take the position.
I'm betting my money on a couple scenarios. Either A) Goku & gang train, fight Freeza, and in the middle of their fight they're interrupted by the true strongest in the universe OR B) Freeza knows something we don't and there's a reason Freeza trained that hard in the first place to prepare.
Then again, this is Dragonball and it's not that deep... The strongest could just be Freeza and Freeza still evil

@@SVU631 No. If they wanted to give all the hakaishin their own version of ultra ego, or maybe allow some of them to have an unrefined and weak version of UI, then they could easily be stronger than frieza. Yall have been downplaying the GoD's for so long, and have been wrong each time. Until it is DIRECTLY stated that they have been surpassed, assume that they are still top contenders. Belmod is the only one who we have a real indication of in terms of strength, and he is weak asf.

Honestly, the last Super movie was meh to me. I *really* want to see them push Broly's story more, otherwise what was the point of reintroducing him to the story? Just to be a glorified training partner?! There's as much potential to have him grow as is his power. I was around when Broly's first movie hit the States, and for decades I said Broly felt like he should've been so much more than a mindless berserker. Seeing them prove me right has been a joy to witness.

The reasons Gohan wants to become a scholar and Goku isn't stronger is cause he is a Low Warrior from what his father said. Goku is 100% bring Gohan to train with Broly..Gohan teaches Broly how to harness his rage without losing himself, while Broly teaches Gohan how not to give a F regarding whom you’re going up against.
But what i liked best about this chapter, Gohan is not playing with his food anymore..goes straight to Beast even for a random goon with a gun..no bullshitting for anyone banging on his front door.

Mastar, you didn't realize, that Ultra Gogeta is coming in the black frieza arc, because Ultra Gogeta is the fusion between Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta, it will be a perfect counter to black frieza, and therefore we got the most overpower character ever and that is Ultra Gogeta, the more dodges and you will hit him, the stronger he will get, and therefore it will be the best and it will perfectly counter to black frieza, i hope that toriyama and toyotaro well really do that, but there's always hope

Before Broly came on the scene in DBS, I felt Vegeta was the most likely candidate for God of Destruction. I mean…look at the guy’s history and rage issues. Even though I feel he would suit the title, I also don’t see him willingly leaving his family behind because he’s shown that he’s since become very devoted to them. Here’s the reason why I think it may still be possible: Vegeta has reiterated several times that he’s going to Hell when he dies. No matter what, he’s going to be separated from his family. So, if becoming a God of Destruction becomes a motivation to protect them, he just may shoulder the mantle after all.
