Tried it and the roast chicken tasted amazing!!! Also like the speaker- I can hear him much better than the really quiet Asian speaker....
The quiet Asian might resent that...

Always thought my air fryer was too small for a whole roast chicken...maybe not!

Brining a chicken. I've never done that before. Steak and other meats, yes. but why brine a chicken? Is the chicken juices enough or will it come out dry especially with cornish hens?
When you refer to "breast side" do you mean to face it up or down for cooking?
