    Ever notice Jesus always turns up in prison to "save" these killers, but is nowhere to be found when it comes to saving the victims?

    WTF ? He walks into an interview with no cuffs, no chains... in 1988, I was 18 years old when this happened. I did 18 years of a 16 year second degree attempted murder conviction, most my time in the box. I was chained to go to rec, I was chained to even go take a shower three times a week. This coward snitch killed a bunch and he walks unchained.

      Christopher Minor : my sentence was originally 16 years, but bad behavior got me 2 extra years.

    • @graceleah3216
      @graceleah3216 5 лет назад +6

      Christopher Minor : My story is a tough one, I was 18 years old. I was enrolled to attend Niagara University in Buffalo, New York. During the summer break, I went to a party with a few friends. The next day, a 16 yr old girl that was my friends sister claimed she was raped by some guy at the party. Two weeks later I see the guy, I confronted him about it, and he told me to mind my business. I hit the guy, I hit him too many times according to the State Attorney. The guy suffered brain damage and was in the hospital for like 4 months. He lost the use of his left arm, and leg. I was charged with attempted murder. I had never been in trouble with the law, and yet was sentenced to 16 yrs. it was the toughest days and nights I have ever lived. I was placed in the box from day one. After 6 yrs they placed me in a two man cell. But I was alone, and one day they put a cellie with me. Mind you, the Warden knew my charges, and knew why I beat that guy and yet they put a sexual predator in my cell with me. They set me up. The guy starts telling me about what he did, I told him I didn’t want to hear it. He continued to tell me so I got up, and began to beat him. I was charged with battery, and given 2 extra years. And I spent the remainder of my time in the box. That was the only reprimand I had while I did my time. I was in seg for 6 years, was out on general for about 8 months, and then placed in seg almost 12 more years. The system is in place for a reason, and I deserved what I got, but on the other hand, so did they.

    • @graceleah3216
      @graceleah3216 5 лет назад +3

      Christopher Minor : I agree, but I don’t hold it against the judge or the jury for finding me guilty. I admitted to my guild, I took the stand and told the truth. I left my faith in the hands of the jury, and after in the hands of a judge. What I didn’t agree with was the way the states attorney spoke about me to the jury. They painted a picture as if I was a monster, as if I had no feelings, or a care in the world. It was the total opposite, I beat a man that raped a 16 yr old girl. If I didn’t have feeling or cared I wouldn’t of done what I did. The man pled guilty to unlawful touching of a minor and got a reduced sentence because of his medical condition. He ended up with 15 years probation. Of course a man that’s half paralyzed is not going to violate probation. I understand that because of my actions I left a man suffering for the rest of his life, but on the other hand it was his actions that avalanched all this to happen. I don’t consider myself a monster, I don’t consider myself a hero either. if I had to do it all over again it would be the same out come. Prison changes people, I was claustrophobic, and it drove me insane to be in a 5 by 8, 23 hours a day. All i did was read, write, and work out. Prison was the one that made me a monster. Prison stopped me from being who I wanted to be, and what I wanted to become. I obtained a bachelors degree in criminal justice (out of all things) while incarcerated, but yet no one is going to hire me. It’s stupid that some people are forced by the system to obtain a degree, forced to obtain their GED, yet once you get out no one will hire you. Prison breaks you, once you’re sentenced your life is done. Prison left me feeling that I needed to be outside everyday, so I got my CDL, and I’m a interstate truck driver for a large delivery company. Driving from state to state gives me a feeling of freedom I didn’t have for 18 yrs.

      How exactly were the AB supposed to get to him after he snitched on big Al Benton? He was given a new identity by the FBI. He was a total psychopath drug addict that should've never been let outta prison & if he wasn't locked down 23 and 1 in Florence I'm sure everyone from the AB would've loved to crave this little sick man up. Nevertheless Big Al ended up turning on the AB anyway and himself went into witness protection. So there beef with mad dog was practically non existent.
      He was a disgusting piece of garbage though for sure.

      He wasn't, he snitched on one of the founding member of the AB named Big Al Benton. That's how he was able to get let out of prison and put in witness protection in the begging.
