Hi, Thank you for sharing these tips! I would like to ask you where did you get the table under the press? I have the same and I'm struggling finding the correct table for it. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you
Hello I'm really interested in this product I'm from the UK. Do I need a sublimation printer for the first step in this video? it doesn't mention a cutter so I'm guessing you don't need that, we want to print on coloured cotton t-shirts. is this just for polyester and polyester mix?
its a heat transfer paper. There are different kinds of heat transfer papers out there. The one where u put the design on it and only get the design without no background color is the one she's doing and its called two step process paper/printer.
Jpplus.com! We carry a wide range of toner heat transfer paper! You'll want to make sure you're using the specific paper for your project type, but we have a helpful chart to help you know which to pick. www.jpplus.com/transfer/supplies/paper
Hi Victor...great question! You'll need to have a specific heat transfer printer with heat transfer toner in order to do the two-step transfer process. We offer a complete line of heat transfer printers and you can find those on our website here: www.jpplus.com/transfer/printers
How do you remove all the surrounding white from the image. I printed my image but the entire A sheet has white and then the image. Your image is just the subject and the white is only where the color is. I can't figure that part out.
If you are using Photoshop, you have to make clipping mask. If you are using Illustrator or Corel, your file must be vector and just the artwork. But best is to get RIP software
@@ozkancil5080 A RIP software is software for printing. It make things easier and you have full control to mange, toners and quality, remove the background, rasterise and more.
We have many types of paper for toner heat transfer for both garments and hard surfaces. Our go to for shirts is the iColor Select Ultra Bright, but the premium is also very durable! www.jpplus.com/icolor-2-step-select-ultra-bright-textile-transfer-media
@@jessicae7229 This is the iColor 550 (www.jpplus.com/icolor-550-digital-color-white-media-transfer-printer-includes-icolor-prorip-and-ink-toners) This specific printer has Heat Transfer toner which can print in white. However, it also supports toner-based sublimation, by separately purchasing and swapping the toner with the specialty sublimation toner cartridges. Unfortunately due to the limitation of sublimation technology, in sublimation "mode" it cannot print white, and still requires polyester or polyester coated materials made for sublimation. It's a dual capability machine, but unfortunately it's not magic! TLDR; -Heat Transfer can print in white, -Sublimation cannot print in white.

It's a specific adhesive sheet to transfer your image. Regular transfer sheet will not give you the same results. Depending on the paper you purchase for toner heat transfer on JPPlus.com, your sheet you print to and the sheet you transfer with, will both be included.
Thank you for this video. However I followed exactly what you did on this video and I stretched the shirt after all the process and the image cracked easily. Now I’m afraid to sell them to my customers.
Do you know which paper you used? There is a wide range of paper types, and some allow quite a bit of stretch without cracking. The New iColor Select Ultra Bright gives REALLY great stretchability. www.jpplus.com/icolor-2-step-select-ultra-bright-textile-transfer-media

About 310 degrees for 120 seconds to marry the A and B sheets. The garment should be pressed at 310 degrees for about 25 seconds.
Is this a sublimation ink that you were using
Hello! This process is using toner heat transfer, not sublimation.
@@JohnsonPlasticsPlus do you have a video that explains what toner heat transfer is and what equipment you need to print this type of material.

You don't heat up the bottom platen, right?
That's correct! The top platen is what heats up, so you'll want your transfer face up towards it.
So time consuming for one shirt. What if I have to print 300 shirts? This method would take way too long.
What’s the clear paper called anyone?
I believe it's vinyl
