This is just amazing! I don't know much about acting, but I felt the emotions of the person in the video. When he turned around and the skull became visible on the cloak, (I didn’t pay attention to him when he got out of the ship) my breath caught... And the way he clenched his fist... Damn, great job. Thanks for watching! The idea behind The Creek looking the way it did is, I figured after we had launched so many nukes on the planet for our missions, it would look more like a barren wasteland due to the radiation and stuff. Around 55 seconds into the video you hear a clicking sound, and that was supposed to be a Geiger counter in his helmet which ticks off like then when it’s near radiation, but maybe I didn’t get the message across well enough in the video. Lessons learned for sure, but I appreciate the view and comment regardless! 🤝

Looks like the night my brother died, or any day I visit his grave. Gravity weighs more and there’s a little shaking… Well done. This Malevelon looks like it’s been completely leveled and moonscaped over those five years… The SFX artist did great work incorporating Automaton assets (and human ship assets). It brings Verdun to mind, but on a planetary scale. Let’s make sure this never happens to Earth… Or to Super Earth! /END EDIT BTW, would it be alright for me to use some clips from this in my nonmonetized project? I’m making “Helldivers 2: The Musical” with a few friends as voice actors, like a giant narrative montage (sometimes melodramatic, sometimes epic, sometimes silly). EDIT: Mr. Bowman does a great job remaining controlled and dead-eyed. No over acting. He sells it. Looks like the night my brother died, or any day I visit his grave. Gravity weighs more and there’s a little shaking… Well done. This Malevelon looks like it’s been completely leveled and moonscaped over those five years… The SFX artist did great work incorporating Automaton assets (and human ship assets). It brings Verdun to mind, but on a planetary scale. Let’s make sure this never happens to Earth… Or to Super Earth! /END EDIT
BTW, would it be alright for me to use some clips from this in my nonmonetized project? I’m making “Helldivers 2: The Musical” with a few friends as voice actors, like a giant narrative montage (sometimes melodramatic, sometimes epic, sometimes silly). Every video and creator involved goes in the credits, and gets linked in the description. It’ll just take months because I work two jobs.
