This situation is so sad , losing a father due medical negligence, how many more are we going to lose , why there isn't any accountability? The question arises, the doctor who was treating father was he even fully qualified or did he just buy his medical degree ?

Pvt hospitals employ these kind of people as failed MBBS students, BAMS, BHMS, Naturopaths etc because they come cheap. It is expensive to afford qualified doctors, so employing unfit people and playing with the lives of innocent people.
The laws should come down heavily on these semi educated 'doctors' including bams & bhms doctors practising allopathic medicine & being employed in pvt hospitals & nursing homes
In our country where unethical practices are the norm in every field, this is not surprising. Because Dr. Ashwin’s wife is a doctor , this came to light. Or else no one would have known. It is a common practice to employ unqualified doctors. Nurses,technicians for a paltry salaries. Healthcare, which should be provided honestly by government or genuine not -for -profit organisations, is one of the lucrative businesses.Heartfelt sympathies with Dr. Ashwin . This shouldn’t happen to anyone.
