- Hey all, So in this video we are working on Snickers our 1978 Ford F150 4x4 that we outfitted with a @FordPerformance 7.3L Godzilla that was built by @MastMotorsports we put 7 quarts of @Motul oil in it. Checked the tune on our @HolleyPerformance Terminator & she fired right up. After going to get some gas haha.
Once we pulled her outside it was to bask in the glory & I also installed a set of Holley Retrobright Headlights. Overall solid update. Let me know your thoughts.

Just having the ECE H4 beam pattern will be an improvement over the sealed beams that we were stuck with through the 1980s on most vehicles. You'll be able to see at night, instead of looking at two spots of light in front of you.
Can't imagine being without power for so long. I'm a consumer of any content about improvements. I almost always learn something even if small. And my motto has always been the road to perfect is just paved with a ton of improvements along the way. Never reached perfect though..............

Now that the head lights are replaced, you need to take it for a test drive, I take mine out every chance I get; like when I change the wipers!

This is my favorite truck on the channel. I have a 74 shortbed Ranger 4x4 with factory AC. She needs some TLC but runs pretty good! My buddy is working on it. Hes got a couple nice Fords as well. 77 4x4" high boy and a 79 two wheel drive XLT with a 460 big block. It has been in his family since brand new and had been tucked away in his barn for at least 35 years . We also each have 1966 Ford long bed 3/4 ton. Maybe you can come take a look if you are ever in California or do a piece where your followers send photos of their rides. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK love your trucks man!

Glad to see you moving forward with the truck. I noticed the t-case shifter laid over to the right. What's the story on that. We're you able to keep the np205 t case when you did the engine swap, or did you have to go with a modem unit ?
It still has the original NP205 we used an advanced adapters clocking kit
How do you like the CVF hinges? I'm considering getting a set, but I don't know if it's really worth it. I have the locking hood latch in my 79 Bronco as well; it's a nice bit of extra security to keep people out of your engine bay and that much harder to steal.
I absolutely love them, i recommend highly it changes the engine bay.
