I am in Sweden and trying to learn to cook from my grandfathers country and I am so happy that you dont cook woth cups, pounds or what ever they use in USA. Its easier with grams, deciliter and such
I just made these today and the tester came out clean yet the center was not done,so back into oven for another 1/2 hr. Just disappointing but it is delicious

My mom always added vanilla to the batter, and we sometimes added a scoop of your favourite jam or marmelade on a slice :D

I make every week 2-4 cakes. We eat by mornig coffee. Grow up with it and still making it!!
