Honestly, I think if you invest in those top three ETFs for 2023, you're about 6 months too late. They are not at a discount and fed is more than likely going to pause rate hikes this year. I think there's a strong argument to buy tech, communications and consumer discretionary while they are at a massive discount. I sure as hell don't want to buy energy right now!

@@dstripedape978 These would have been super smart moves for 2022 but now we're looking at something different.
@shawn d depends on your plan, really. If you're looking for quick flips, then yeah, not the move, but if you using puts and options and don't mind, holding single stocks. I'm mainly a dividend etf guy but will cycle thru puts and calls when available
@@dstripedape978 what are your holdings? I’m also an ETF dividend guy, but I’m tossing in IYK which is a staples sector. I hold SPLG, VYM and SCHD long term and IYK for possible more market downturn. Might add growth like SPYG or SCHG soon as a long term holding also.
My Roth was tech heavy. Your chart easily explained why it lost so much last year.
