If Fox played in a bigger market he would be higher on the list. He is a top 5 guard period and if he was called that way the Kings would lead the league in free throws by record setting margins. If the team makes a deep playoff run and more people can see his impact this will change but the writers on the East Coast are to lazy to stay up to date with anyone but the Lakers or Clippers
I think Luka and Shai are in a league above the rest. Fox, Ja, Curry, Hali, and Brunson are all around the same, you can put them in any order and I wouldn't be too upset.
I love your program...keep up the good work. I am a longtime Kings fan...I think they are very close to being a finals contender. In my view, Fox is a VERY good guard. He has a variety of strong skills and abilities. I especially am impressed with his ability to go into the paint, AT WILL, and score or get fouled, or both...best point guard with that skill that I have EVER seen... I also agree that he is not taken seriously as a top rated point guard around the league. But it can be explained. He has not proven that he can consistently make his free throws. I perceive that the team (and the media?) does not want to openly discuss this weakness - as it is appears to be a mental or concentration issue, because otherwise a shot from that distance is not a skills problem for him. But until he can consistently hit his free throws (70-80%+)...he will not be taken seriously in the top of the league point guard discussions. It's not just the lost free throw points that are at issue....if Fox is not confident about his free throws, his greatest strength is lost, as he becomes reluctant to go into the paint and be fouled at the end of games....that reluctance changes our game and weakens the team dramatically. So, yes....the next level for Fox is the line....he has improved lately -- but it's not enough -- and, most importantly, it has not been consistent.... The free throws are the answer...he can shoot them, I know he can. If he is able to focus on that and get to a respectable unwavering % akin to DeRozan...there will be no ability for anyone to deny that he is among the greatest ever.... He will be confident and will seek out those end of game fouls that he currently seems to avoid.... the opponents will pay the high price...and the Kings will lapp up the Ws....
Better help isn't the name to be attached to, they don't even screen their "therapists" on top of leaking client info. Just went through a lawsuit not to long ago..
It’s either that or promoting addicting sports betting apps. So pick your poison. (Not a knock on Matt btw, I know the struggle is real out here for securing sponsorship money)
Do you fear that Deaaron and Domas still won’t get the respect they deserve even if the kings have an amazing season because ppl will just attribute it more to Demars signing
Haliburton didn’t even have a playoff run he was mediocre and proved he can’t be the number one scorer. Fox on the other hand took his game to another level vs GSW I’m the playoffs he just didn’t happen to run into half injured teams
HARD DISAGREE on the Kings logo, this current kings logo is way better imo. That one looks super outdated, I still like it but nah the basketball intertwining with the crown on the new one is really nice I love it

I’ve been a Fox fan for years. I tell people that just because he’s in Sacramento doesn’t mean he can’t be a superstar. It’s catching on slowly.

Luka is tier 1 all by himself.
@@williamroper5422 SGA better. Tubby can't stop falling asleep on defense.
Brunson is for real. I wouldn't trade Fox for him, but he's solid.
I'd say Steph and Brunson are in that top tier also
You gotta win a playoff series...
it's not the city edition jersey, its the classic edition. kings are gonna have 4 unis this szn

NBA is trying to prop Haliburton to be the next NBA golden boy.
I say he needs to be that elite level during the playoffs. No one really cares on Tuesday with the Nets. But I hear ya.
De’Aaron has a couple of levels he can still get to. I believe he is a top 5 PG and can get to number 1!!!

He hasn`t done much that`s why
Once Fox starts to hit his free throws consistently he’ll be in the top players in points per game

Fox is NOT ever going to outperform Luka in a playoff series.
Wtf 😭
Matt, dirto, purples and black incl. Logo❤

This new NBA is trending Lebron/ Majik. Point Guards 6" 6" perimeter stoppers. Mistake trading Haliburton. Pacers value all five starters 3pt shooters
Nah it wasn’t a mistake sabonis is the center version of him
Haliburton isn’t on the same level as fox

I miss the old one
Tyrese wasn’t even good in the playoffs and was downright bad in the east finals
