This is not doable by a human and not faster than normal SBLJ. What this does do is mean that 16 star could theoretically be done in 0/1 stars with current RTA ruleset. Because of the difficulty of this BLJ, though, I do not think anyone will ever do this. Even if they do, the ruleset will just be updated. Since this is doable with TAS, the ruleset for a 16 star TAS has to be changed.
EDIT: The 16 star rules were changed (quite a while ago I just forgot to update this) so doing this in a run would no longer count as a 16 star run with 0/1 stars. Davo also got the clip, allowing the game to be beaten with only one star without sblj or hswks (twitter.com/superdavo0001/status/1245092246296330240
). I honestly didn't think it would ever be done so I apologize for sounding so confident. No one has done it with 0 stars or in a run yet. Doing this in a 1/0 star run is much harder and most likely slower, even if done perfectly, so there's no reason to do it.

It's on the wall of impossibility. If it does ever be done by a human, it will take multiple days of grinding. Because there is no use to doing it (it's not faster or easier) I doubt it will ever be done.
