  • All Sour frames are handmade in Dresden / Germany. SRD stands for Sour Racing Development, a brand of Sour Bicycles that includes limited special models. The Lemon Kush is a gravel racer with XC flair: the frame is designed for suspension travel between 30 and 50 mm, and this bike also comes with a dropper post. As usual from Sour, there are numerous options in terms of custom colors, custom eyelets and individual builds. We built this dream bike with a SRAM AXS Mullet with a 9-50T cassette from E-Thirteen. A lightweight Easton carbon crank and carbon gravel LRS complete the bike. All components and details in the video, have fun watching.

das Orange lässt das wunderschöne Bike etwas billig wirken finde ich, in schwarz würde es sehr viel runder wirken, aber zum Glück sind die Geschmäcker ja verschieden ;-)

    How much for this option?

The internal routing holes near the BB bother me. Why leave that area vulnerable to water ingress? It's STEEL. External routing would have been so much more practical. No amount of frame saver will prevent those BB's from rusting out over the years.

As long as there is a holes where water can get out again you and you take some care you shouldn't be too worried.
      this is from their FAQ:
"We checked with a scientist about this and they told us that steel does indeed rust. But jokes on them! We have a few tricks to keep the rust away.
Internal wax. A “hollow section wax” like that from Motip about once a year is more than enough rustproofing for even the most wet of climates. Additionally making sure that the breather hole on the underside of your bottom bracket stays free is very important. If you have a Sour frame with an EBB you don’t have to worry about this one.
Rust is a fact, but rust is seldom a problem. Surface rust is not a problem, and even then powdercoating will keep that away. Making sure your frame is oiled or waxed every once in a while, and otherwise dried out after riding in the wet will help prevent internal rust… that’s the mean kind of rust."

The frames are all welded in Germany now, the early ones came from Taiwan though where the multi butted tubes still come from.
