I feel like Salazar is the better option long term. Davy Jones will make you a member of the Dutchman or kill your afterwards. Meanwhile Salazar while still insane, not seeing you as a pirate probably wouldn’t kill you.
I dont know i mean in the movies davy jones crew can still be hurt and have limbs cut off but salazar crew literally cannot be hurt. Also the silent mary could probably just crush the flying dutchmen, because once again the slient mary is a ghost ship
Simple answer none because the only way you can kill Captain Salazar ease by land and only we can kill Davy Jones is by his heart which is on land and since he can't get to it Salazar cannot kill Jones and Jones can't kill Salazar so it's just a draw
