Those look really good, and what an easy recipe! Since I’m eating carnivore, and next to no carbs, I think I’m going to buy just an individual size container of cottage cheese and make that into chips. I know how I am, and if I bought a huge container like you had, I would probably binge eat them all in one sitting! Those look really good, and like you said, you can add any kind of seasoning that you like. You could even make them into dessert type chips with some cinnamon and Splenda. Yum! What a great idea Candy. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I won’t be going to the store for a while, since I did my shopping on Sunday, but that is going to be on my list! I have heard of those cottage cheese chips before, but I never thought they would be any good until you showed us! Now my mouth is watering for them!😂😋🤤 I hope you have a great day!

Put the cottage cheese on the parchment paper in the microwave .we are not spicy people.
You could do just salt, or Galicia salt or ranch. It doesn't have to be spicy
