Does pilot level also effect the price to upgrade tiers and levels or just the cost of the ship?
The cost goes up for leveling the ship. First there are 4 big levels to unlock, these unlock the ability to put an extra slot for weapons or abilities. Next is the basic leveling of the ship. This increases every time you upgrade it but it is how you boost your stats. on your ship.
I agree with other people. For a tutorial video you kinda tail off mid explanation then dont really actually explain what your doing. Just a note for the future.
tried this, hit a small village, npc's were lev 36-40something, which I only saw after targeting them.
I died quickly.
But I don't see how to check level of who you are attacking beforehand...
You have to check the system before you enter. When first starting out look for 2-10 for a system.

What, this game requires you to shoot each NPC 12 to 15 times before they go down? That's kind of stupid.
His aim's just trash. I play this game, you just need a good rifle, and decent aim, you literally saw thru enemies.
Just looking for an honest review here, I see too many sheep/shills saying because its EA no one can criticize the game.
For a indie game made by one developer, it has less bugs than the big AAA space games. It has the bones of a great game but not the huge budget to complete it fully. I liked it, there are very few space games that are worth playing these days.
That was the worst, you explained nothing and treated every action like it was a surprise until you did it, then when you finally did the thing, you didn't announce it or explain it at all.
