I had no idea what to expect! I tend do an hours flow at home on my own but I like to dip in to videos from time to time to help vary my practice. I REALLY ENJOYED how this made my body feel. Super yummy. Thank you ☺️🙏🏼

Thank you sensei yoga Tim! I live in London, England and just tried for the first time this 30-minute bedtime yoga stretch before bed (12am here right now) and could really feel the stretch in my chest, thighs and hips. I didn't have a yoga-strap/stretchy thing so I just used the towel I was going to sit on, which seem to open up the legs amazingly. Definitely will be incorporating your videos each night before bed, so thank youuuuu! 😘 (it also helps that you're super calm and hot) hehe x

I was only going to do 10 minutes of yoga at the end of an incredibly long day, but this was so good, I had to do the whole thing. Thank you! I like your variations on some of the poses. It's also nice to see male yoga instructor for a change. Blessings.
Really nice and gentle stretches before bed. A pity that adverts intruded at least 4 times. The last advert was right before relaxation so I was a bit twitchy until the practice ended!
Really enjoyed this routine and I definitely need the stretches. I hope to one day be able to do the bind. Now, let's see how I sleep; I might make this a nightly ritual.

Hey Tim and greetings from Australia. Another great practice. As a fairly new convertee to yoga I've been doing 1 - 2 of your classes a day for a couple of months now and it compliments my BJJ brilliantly and ads another dimension to my overall fitness routines. All going well I'll get the chance to attend one of your retreats at some point in future and hopefully attend one of your classes when I'm on the west coast later this year. Keep up the great work. Just out of interest, how long have you been practising for?
That was really good! I especially enjoyed the part where you were guiding the relaxation in corpse pose. It's funny how merely thinking something like relaxing one's teeth, softening one's eyeballs, and expanding one's chest, for example, actually elicits that feeling.

Trying to get in the habit of doing yoga, you are the perfect person for a yoga class. You go on a nice speed, not too slow, not too fast, and you just have a great presence and energy! Already subscribed, going to try your morning flow tomorrow morning! Can't wait!

Thank you sooooo much for this video.
Since I started this practice 7 months ago, pain in my back has diminished. mobility in my joints has greatly improved, and my posture is better to the point where slouching is actually uncomfortable.
About a month in, doing this 3 to 5 times a week before bed, I noticed the pain in the middle of my spine had significantly reduced. After experiencing this noticable result, I decided to make it part of my bedtime routine through the workweek.
I'm looking forward to exploring some more of your videos. Any suggestions for this beginner?

This is a really great routine for winding down right before bed. Unfortunately, the ads every five minutes wreck the flow of it. Is there any way you could add this to the add free RUclips section of the conscience movement community site?
i'm new to this channel and this is the first video i practiced :-) i really like the calmness in your voice; it's a perfect bedtime yoga. i just hope next time you put a short description in your videos, like 1-2 sentences maybe.
Great sequence for bedtime Tim ... I have started doing many short yoga sessions instead of 90 min killer sessions twice per week. I also incorporate yoga into weight training and running. Thanks again for sharing

Do you have any tips for uneven shoulders other than trying to be aware of my posture thru out the day?
That and look in a mirror before you practice and then practice holding the shoulders evenly
hi tim, i hve cervical spondylosis on 4th n 5th vertebra , should i still continue with yoga? n in order to be a yoga instructor, is it necessary to know how to do all of the asanas to be able to teach?..thanks
