I just made these this afternoon. They are sensational. I used my digital kitchen scale and weighed the butter, sugars and flour in grams. That does make a difference.

I cooked it yesterday follow the instruction and measurements but didnt come out okay the photo here of your cookies and the actual is very far . The result is when i opened the oven to get the cookies they are look like a flood they are everywhere .this is not the 1st time made a cookies. But its good to try. Advice add more 3 tbsp flour to your batter so it will not messy like a flood.

Hello, could you please convert grams into tbs or tsp measurements?
Pls buy a scale..You will get more accurate results. Not all cups are same size. If you weigh you will get much more or Less than the recipe calls for hence failed recipe

1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bpowder
1/4 tsp bsoda
1 stick of butter + 3 tbsp
2 cups chocolate chunks
190 C
10 min.
I had the temp higher because i like how perfectly golden browned it turned out :)))
