Dave says he met Diamond Head as equals, and Lars was a fanboy, but what he doesn't mention., was that Lars was about 5 years ahead of Dave and Lars was a fanboy Pre-Metallica and Dave Diamond Head meetings were Post - Metallica.

No, Diamond Head did not have a great singer, they had a good vocalist for their band which no one would even know exists if not for Metallica covering them
