That's funny! I have the same exact reaction when I add exhaust / intake to any one of my vehicles, ever. Hard to explain.. kinda like you could now communicate with your bike/truck/car. Most satisfying mod to say the least. Congrats... loud pipes save lives😎

Great vid OR. When I bought my 2010 1400GTR it had the stocker on it but the guy I bought it from had the same black series Two Brothers pipe sitting in the garage, as he thought it was too loud. So I rode it the 3 hours home and the the two brothers pipe on and never looked back. Iv'e got some vids with the beautiful sounds of this pipe, glad you like it. Agree with the difference in weight, massive difference.

You sound like me when I ride my zx11. The novelty never wears off. I'm always smiling from ear to ear and saying tyo myself how much I love it and yelling Wooohoooohhooooo! As I get an adrenaline rush.....but I ride the speed limit. Honest! LOL

Wow, what a difference in sound, sounds a hell of a lot better, very good choice in a aftermarket exhaust Rob, Two Brothers I think give a very throaty beefy sound, love that sound. I can now hear you accelerate when you hit the throttle on video, before I didn't hear it as much, can only imagine what it sounds like in person.

The beginning of this video sounds like one of those put you to sleep relaxing ocean sounds videos. Next up ten hours of Officer Rob rustles packaging.
The Concours 14 has just a tuned down Ninja super sport engine. Try modifying the air intake also and it should be able to breath even better. Your able to create more RPM now which is boosting the low end.

Sounds great. I live in Oceanside and ride a 2013 C14 also. Looks just like Darrrrrkness but I call her Midnight Ride. The street I live on is Midnight Way. Anyway would love to meet you in person and ride some time. I think you'd be interested in some other mods I've made to my bike based on some of you videos I've watched. Name here is George K.
Might be worth checking into getting a re-map on the fuel injection, to get the best out of the new pipe. Might also get rid of more of the low-down sluggishness... sounds gooooooddddd....

I rode Harley's and those 8 hour days were not only hard on your back but the exhaust was just too much. I also did not realize you were riding a Kawasaki, going to go look at some this weekend. I am now 58 and if I don't pull the trigger on this I never will. I do miss riding motors. Be safe Officer Rob.

You should consider a SISF Flash if you have not already done so. Check the Concours Owners Group forums if you need info on Steve and his work.
Coronamaker is that the Shoodaben flash from Steve in Fla? I’m seriously considering it for my Connie.
sweet set up Rob...but sadly they left out the C10 Concours models...odd because it had a solid run from '86 to '06..no joy for me
I noticed the CHP where I live are riding Harley Davidson. Why did they switch from the BMW and is your department going to Harleys?
My biggest gripe about having a 2 can setup from factory is how expensive the aftermarket kits are. Twobros starts at $750, so does Yoshimura. And then I have to convert to $CAD. And then I have to make sure it stays under 92db at idle, and 96db at WOT, unless I want to pay $300 a pop in fines, because the city I live in hates motorcycles and unfairly targets us with noise bylaws.

Hi, officer Rob, what's your opinion about buying a used police Concours 14? I saw one at less than 50k miles, its beautiful. But I've seen some online comments talking about "police idle" wear and excessive clutch wear on police bikes, is that true? should I be worried? thx

Danny is literally the one that does all the custom badges for the exhaust and he would've made you your own. All you have to do is tell him what model and what you want on it and he will do it. Pull the Db killer out and listen to what it sounds like. Though you will give up some bottom end.
The engineers at Kawasaki spent all that time and energy making that bike nice and quiet. The you go along and Bro it out with a 2 brothers exhaust? I don't get it, is it a joke?
I think the idea is the same with any other mod to a bike or car....factory exhaust is fine, but after-market is almost always better...better sounding exhaust tone, better looking, more horsepower, etc.

Remove yr secondary butterflies, i had two brothers pipe , stock airbox with K&N air filter, ofcourse power commander, and removed secondary butterflies, got better mileage & a little better low end, im on my 2nd Conny, im leaving it bone stock, it's not worth all the wasted money i put in the last bike, if i wanted a faster bike, i would have got a ZX 14, leave it stock yr not gettin the advantage you think you are by changin everything...

So I really do enjoy your videos. You're probably one of the few law enforcement Officers I've heard talk that didn't piss me off. I was just wondering why you're not a moto cop anymore. I thought you did an absolutely amazing job. I know you can't post videos while in uniform or at least you don't want to because of conflict of interest. I was just wondering why you gave up the wheels as far as police duties go.
