I knew I had seen this video before!!! When Michael fell down I’m like yup seen this! Except you cut out the Michael show of him giving them the headlamps then attempting to come in and help the pack out without headlamps and then turning around am coming back abs feeling bad or all the GF vibes Michael had going! Putting a buck on alert with the stopping technique generally only works when you are already on them.

Put forward pressure on that bipod when shooting. Reduce that recoil. You won’t miss
And a few minutes after my you missed it comment, "Yeah, very nice deer. And a great bit of hunting film to watch.". Don't complain about not getting that shot off in a hurry. What happened was a hell of a lot better than chasing a wounded deer and never finding it.
NOW THAT IS AN AWESOME BUCK AND WELL WORTH AWESOME EFFORT. Great job guys.

This is the same hunt published last year on Dec 31, 2020 on Randy's main. Guess new footage was as hard to come by as the whitetails.

Looks like an easier to draw hunt for someone who wants to experience a multiple species and state deer 🦌 hunt. My brother got a 3x4 in Idaho back in 2019 but we haven’t been to Montana yet.
Did they pack all the meat out, or leave most of it to rot and take the rack and the backstrap?
Rember this from last year...still enjoyed Michael tripping... guess he only hurt his pride... From my experience making noises like that only make whitetails run faster.

Hand held radios would have been nice if legal. With ear pieces of course. Fantastic mule 👊🏻
Michael what is on the end of your barrel? Electrical tape? Do you shoot through it? And what length bipod do you use and do you use the same type or length of bipod for elk hunts? BTW Great video thanks you guys and keep up the good work!
I know Electrical tape is easily shot through, doesnt alter the bullet at all and stops water or debris from getting down your barrel
@@grantman0453 that’s what I figured it’s a great idea for sure. I’ve hunted my whole life and never covered my barrel but it’s a good idea. And his bipod looks to be 9-13 inch I would guess. Thanks for the reply.

Does anyone know the first thing about marksmanship anymore? Leave your bipods, shooting sticks, etc. at home and learn how to shoot your rifle from sitting, prone, and kneeling positions.
