"Tokyo Calling" is about the frustrations and alienation of living in modern Japan. AG use imagery from old Japanese monster and superhero movies to cast themselves as saviours and encourage everyone to "move forward" and break out of their ruts. At Coachella they did a version of it with some brass players from the USC marching band
If you want some Coachella links I'd recommend any of their three new songs. Just search on "Atarashii Gakko - DEBUT Omakase", "Atarashii Gakko -DEBUT Arigato" or "Atarashii Gakko - DEBUT Forever Sisters".
