"Giri Giri" means something like "close to the edge" or "close call". The song is about a school student wanting to push the boundaries and break out of routine. They daydream, think about a cute girl, the boredom of the daily commute, avoiding up skirting and the failings of their teachers.
AG! are all trained dancers and they are also great choreographers as they develop their own dances and design dances for other groups as well. Mizyu writes the dance moves down in a notebook as they all come up with ideas. When they do adverts they discuss what's expected with the director and will often come up with moves on the set. Kanon is probably the best technical dancer closely followed by Mizyu.
