I think that you could just put a stock card in an envelope if it is tight-fitting enough as it won't allow the stamps to fall out the card and the stock cards are usually made out of cardboard anyway so even if the card curves a bit it won't crease the stamps. Also, I think it should be said that you can simply put the stamps in a glassine envelope and tape it to cardboard if in a regular envelope or put it in lose in a do not bend envelope. The glassine is air, water, and grease resistant so it shall protect the stamps from the elements whilst in transit.
Good advice. One person I frequently buy from, pack the stamps so we’ll, you need to be a safecracker to get in the envelope. I’m always worried about causing damage of my own.
I'm looking to get a little envelope sleeve like the one in the second package. I'm looking to mail stamps and need something safe to keep them in. What are those cards with the sleeve called? Where can I find them. I tried some quick searches and no luck. Thanks!
I always wrap the item in plastic. Many items I have received have got damaged from water and the plastic wrap will add an extra layer of protection.
Yeah I think a safety layer to prevent moisture from entering in and damaging the stamps is defiantly the right move!
Thank you!!! I was planning on sending some hand-crafted journals to a friend. This helps me now, because I didn’t even consider that possibility.

Great input, you’re right I defiantly should have mentioned glassine envelopes!
