Basically what is going on is that the defendent's lawyers have continued to go against everything Blackburn (Jones' lawyer) has filed. Blackburn has also made many filing mistakes (ways names are listed etc.) Blackburn has had to refile the suit multiple times and now has it corrected. It has been sent again to the defendents(some have fallen off) and NOW the defendents have to respond.
