Great advice as always. I try to avoid the rain but skating 3+ times a week I end up being caught in it from time to time. Most of the time I am within a mile of my house but if it happens on a trail I can easily be 8+ miles away from my car. On top of that in winter there are many days where the roads are at least somewhat wet but I still want to skate.
