    با سلام و تشکر این شیوه ی پخت هم خوبه هم جدید 🙏جدا کردن ریگهای داغ و کوچیک از نون داغ و تازه لذت دیگه ای داره 👌کاش شیوه سنتی همچنان بمونه باز هم از نانواهای زحمتکش و محترم سپاسکزارم همچنبن از شما🙏🙏🙏

    Hola, podran poner la receta porque no lo explican ,se ve pero no puedo interpretar que es , solo se que un ingrediente es harina, pero que harina es? y que mas lleva. Gracias

      los ingredientes: harina de trigo (el cuarenta por ciento es salvado de trigo), sal, agua, levadura

    Since they would be doing this every day, why not get a pump to transfer the runny dough instead than transfer it by hand without any bucket.

    Traditional Sangak doesn't have rotating oven, has sand and diesel fuel.

    این نون سنگک ماشینی،بدرد نمیخوره و هیچ کدوم از خاصیت‌های نون سنگک سنتی را نداره و طعمش هم فرق داره

    This is not exactly traditional method, Sangak bread should be baked on real sand not on a metal sheet , believe me it doesn't taste the same I remember lot of bakeries in my hometown Esfahan converted from sand to metal sheet because it was more economical and faster but they were loosing their customers big time so they were forced to turn back to traditional way again

      Yes, his feet move, but it is not moonwalk. I know what you are talking about, I think they do it with rhythm so the shape of each bread stay the same.
