Nobody knows I'm trans at work except for my supervisor. They all think I'm a 14/15 year old cis boy... The elderly that I work with all see me as a cis boy
Same. Im 13 and trans and in the 7th grade, people there dont know im trans and i pass pretty well. Except for this one girl who knew me a few years ago and told a lot of people, but thankfully many dont believe her.
Mack, as always, you're hilarious. Keep it up :) Also, my therapist told me that starting testosterone cream is a good way to "Test the waters" without having dramatic changes... just keep it in mind. For when / if you're ready :)
everyone on my team at work knows me by my birth name. But there is this one guy who works as a cashier, and because we don't interact a lot, he doesn't know my name and always refers to me by "him" whenever he sees me. I've give him rides home and we talk and whatnot, and he always calls me "man" and "dude"... but one day he's going to ask for my name or hear one of my coworkers call me my birth name and I don't know what I'm going to do, lol
It's kind of sad even gay people can be ignorant towards trans people :/ I'm sorry you work with a girl whose blatantly doing something that could be very harmful to piss you off, she sounds very immature, I'm assuming you live more down south with the experiences you've had, you seem to not let any of it bother you so that's really awesome (: I hope one day you'll be more comfortable enough to 'come out' if that's something you Want to do, it must be so hard at times to basically live a double life, especially when you don't identify with that name anymore
Anna May i told my "friend" that i identified as a guy.. he came up to me in class later that week saying "Im a male cuz i have a dick to prove it.." the kicker is... hes BI!!
Jordyn Bourdess so you're ftm afab? That's awesome that you can come out and tell people! Im glad you put friend in quotes because that person isn't your friend :/ maybe you're just young and one day this 'friend' will come around and understand, but if not F them, especially people who are apart of the LGBTQ+ community! My partner is ftm trans and we've been together over two years, I'm a cis girl, I identify as queer (:
Anna May thx... i semi came out to my mother yesterday by saying "i dont consider my self to be a boy or girl". its somewhat true too, seeing as theres disadvantages and advantages to both sexes, and so i try to work my way around them. the truth though is that i ID much more as a guy.. uhh... i dont use the toilet at school cuz i feel weird doing it lol
Jordyn Bourdess you can be a non binary trans man, it just means you can feel feminine and masculine at times but you mainly feel/ identify with being male! I'm still learning everyday about sex/gender because it's very important to understand everyone is so different!
Anna May yeah.. but with the bathrooms... ppl who just know me by sight might think its weird if i use the girls toilet, and my male friends might think its weird if they catch me in the mens room. then of course that way my parents would find out 😔
Awwwe, I love your smiles during the first and second stories but I can feel the tension too hahahaha Well I don't get bothered by female pronouns with friends that have known me for quite some time, but it makes me sad the fact that new, random people do not use different pronouns :( I have a pretty girly face and voice so I guess that's why. But good news, some people have been using gender neutral words and pronouns :D and I'm liking it! I love your confidence, by the way :)
Today at school my lips were incredibly dry so i was wearing chapstick. Some people thought i was wearing lip gloss or some shit, even though i wasnt. Im ftm, but i pass well enough and nobody in my grade knows im trans, they all think im a cis guy. But anyways i was wearing the chapstick and my "friends" saw and started screaming "you're transgender cause you're wearing lipstick!" Like what the fuck?! I swear people these days...-.-
so awkward man. I had a similar situation. I'm out to people at my work but they can't get around using he him pronouns. This new girl starts at work see's im male but they using she her/she pronouns and gets confused and I couldn't say shit without outing myself. I came out after about 10 times cos she must have been hella confused then anyway.
The 1st group of people who came up. I'm so sorry honey theres NO help for stupid people.. They shouldn't even come up n go on n on with it. But the man honestly seemed like they were sorry.. The 3rd.... Honey if u want me to punch them in the face ill be there shortly.. I do NOT mind.. lol. Hugs.. Keep on smiling.. U never know whos falling in love with it.
Haha damn blunt gay couple at least ask, can i ask u a quiestion lol. I honestly would of let him know. Befor starbucks allowed u to change ur preferred name on the schedule, my birthname was on there so I had this one person ask me quiestions bout my name I was so annoyed at the time. Keep pushing thanks for the video
omg "I can see you're wearing a binder" oh no oh no

Sometimes I feel like a spectacle when I tell people i'm trans. I don't always wanna talk about it. Sometimes I just wanna blend in
Wow, thanks for sharing! I''m really sorry about 'Sally' through.
Everyone at my work calls me Nate but call me by she pronouns.
That's great your boss defended you. Workplace bullying is not on and you can report it and have her cautioned.
"And Sally really likes to push my buttons"
Mack, as always, you're hilarious. Keep it up :)

I got called son buying bread today then the shop keeper corrected themself as many often do but for the first time I had the courage to correct her.
"y'know, the voice gave it away" oh no... don't ever say that...

although some of these situations are awkward and sucky, it's still really cool that some people are so supportive of pronouns, i love this :)
More stories from work. I enjoy it very much. And helps me give some little tips too.
Awwwe, I love your smiles during the first and second stories but I can feel the tension too hahahaha

well at least the second story was good in a way because he wanted to know what to call you and he felt bad for being wrong. (if that makes sense)
I love your videos and your so amazing!
That second guy is awesome... A little awkward but he seemed nice about it, but didn't know how to go about it
I would come out at work but I work at my grandfathers restaurant and I live in the south
Most costumers at my job think I'm a Cis boy my voice gives me away 😭

I am fine with people asking my pronouns I like they ask because it shows they care
There are too many people like "Sally"...
You seem very social
Haha damn blunt gay couple at least ask, can i ask u a quiestion lol. I honestly would of let him know.

mack how old are you?
Oh my goodness same
mack from staples
Sally sounds like the kind of person who gets killed in dumb slasher movies.
Yikes.net 😂👌
I LOVE YOU
ok...who was the 1 dumb person that disliked
Sally needs to suck it up.
Are you on testosterone mind if I ask
he just started a couple weeks ago but he isnt in this video
maybe you should act more masculine and try to lower your voice. then maybe they will not piss you off.
Lowering your voice without hormones is incredibly difficult and takes year's worth of time fyi
