Hello! I've read something about this curious method on a book called "Atomic Habits". It's a really good book if you're wondering about how to change or be aware of your habits! I highly recommend it. By the way, thanks for sharing this video. New subscriber.
James Clear is a great mind in the world of habit-development. I have read the book and definitely agree that people should buy it. It wasn’t my inspiration for making this video, although I would recommend it for sure. Thanks a lot for subscribing and following my journey! 🙌
I also came after reading it in the book which I must admit is way better than "The power of habits":it gives a lot of examples but nearly no practical advice compared to "Atomic Habits"
Hi Roman, there is no better time to start than now! I challenge you to try the "pointing- and-calling" method in the next 24 hours and see what habits you want to change. Start slow and change one thing and don't add another habit until you've got that new one built into your life - you can do it!
I hope this video helps you create better habits. What habits are you adding into your life now?
Present i am here because of atomic habits
That is a great book and one I recommend that everyone reads! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🙌
