I'm 11 years old and ever since I was 8 I've been so stressed. Puberty at 9 ( Ik I was early) hit me real hard. I've spent 3 nearly 4 years worrying. I was so worried about what I looked like and thought I wasn't perfect enough for people. And one day last year I got out my old xbox 360 ( I used it in 2016-2019) and was hit by so much nostalgia. Not only to mention I have the biggest crush on someone but they like my best friend. My life since then hasn't been the best. But I remember being 5 years old and having so much fun. And I'm 11 ( 12 in 1 month) and I'm still a kid. So I'm gonna enjoy my childhood. Thank you

Wait - How to work very hard and balance enjoyment at the same time ? I have had this question from a pretty long time. I'm 15 and a half, by the way. I will turn 16 in not so long time. It's time to focus and work day and night for my goal. It's the culture, where I live.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are under the power of sin. Romans 3:10-11 states, “as it is written: ‘There is no one who is righteous, not even one; there is no one who has understanding; there is no one who seeks God.’” We deserve death and stand condemned to eternity in Hell to pay the price of our sin. However, in God’s mercy, He has given us the Way: Jesus Christ (the sinless and spotless Lamb of God), our substitute, who came, paid the penalty for our sin by His sacrifice on the cross, was buried, and rose again on the 3rd day. Our old nature died with Christ and was buried with Him, and we were resurrected with Him to a new life (Romans 6:4-8). By His blood, we are bought, redeemed, and saved (1 Peter 1:18-20). Through Christ, we are given a new nature, and our spirit is made alive (2 Corinthians 5:17): "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come." We are urged to "hold firmly" to this true gospel, the only one that saves. Believing in any other gospel is in vain. Romans 1:16-17 declares that the true gospel is the "power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes," showing that salvation is not attained by man’s efforts, but by the grace of God through the gift of faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). Romans 10:9 states, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”.

Around 7 years ago when I was 5 I got a life threatening surgery. I knew a lot even at that age since my mom was (and still is) a doctor , so afterwards it left me quite traumatised of blood , needles and etc. . I was told that I couldn’t run as fast as before and many more things . At 9 depression hit me hard and due to past trauma+ depression I got severe anxiety. It led me to a heart condition which I still have. But thankfully the depression only lasted for a year and a half , though everything till then left a large toll on my mental health. I became very antisocial due to the countless scars I got from being clumsy and surgery, I didn’t want anyone to see them. However I didn’t realise that much until my current age. I see kids in my neighbourhood playing around and having fun , it sometimes makes me wish that I could’ve enjoyed like them. Though I don’t let that weight keep me down , the things I was told I wouldn’t be able to do , I did. And I still have a couple of years till adulthood , so I’ll try to enjoy till then .

I just got dumped by a group of my friends and it hurt so much. This is my motivation to keep going and enjoy life even though sometimes you experience pain. I miss them in a way but at the same time they blamed me for everything that they were doing. And I have felt the weight lighten as I get closer to other people. That pain becomes less and less every day since they dumped me. And I know people who are way more trustworthy and supportive than the people I was friends with before. If you see this, don’t let pain push you down, get back up. There’s still time to make life what you wish. ❤
Romans 10:9 states, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved

This video almost made me tear up, because I just always have a feeling I’ll fail at everything and like I need to make everyone proud at such a young age, most of the time I don’t act like a kid and won’t like enjoy my childhood, I force my self to stay awake so I can study this and that, when I can just play and do it later like what a kid should.❤
This takes me back. Even though I can confidently say I've experienced a good childhood experience by having friends and neighborhood experiences, I still wish I would've stayed true to myself and what I liked. I so badly want to redo some of my past actions to amend the problems I see today, but I know that that's not possible. I know what I must do to feel successful even if it's not monetary. Your channel is inspiring and I want you to know that. As I graduate this year preparing for college, I hope everyone is able to choose their destiny and lead a happy life.

Living in the moment is something that I'm having trouble with currently. There's a lot of home problems, and I've reached the age where I gotta really think about my future. I know I can't evade my responsibilities, but thanks for the reminding me to live in the moment now and then, Jak! Time is flying by really fast, and I feel guilty with every unproductive second I spend. But then I hear this: the time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time. Live each day as if it was your last, and go out of your comfort zone to have new experiences. Make your past self proud, make your present self happy, and make your future self safe!
We live in a time of social media where it could be used to either give us the negative mindset or lead us the right way. It's a double edged sword, but if we use it the right way, we can become an unstoppable warrior
I have the same troubles to bro, and that’s one of the reasons why am made this video, to give myself advice coming from my highest self. Especially when you have a lot going on, it’s hard, but try and stay present in the challenge. Because one day you might miss it, much love ❤️

I am a new 6th grader and I click on this videos, currently filling out a form for student council because I need it on my collage application. This is reminding me that I need to take a break. My parents always say what you are saying. I may just need to hear it from someone else

you’re literally the best self improvement youtuber ive never stumbled across. i’ve spent so much time making up for my early childhood cuz i felt like i was ‘behind’ or whatnot that i forgot to enjoy life, and something your content focuses on is how to do that, instead of mindlessly grinding and doing stuff that doesnt pertain to you. thanks for everything bro. you’re helping me undo the mindset that has caused me so much misery
Thank you for your words brother, I’m probably not the best out there since a lot of other guys have a lot more experience than me, but if I have something valuable I’ll share it, thanks for your support man ❤️

really needed this video tbh, im 13 right now and I havent had the happiest childhood so far. ive definitely had those moments where i remember it until now but lately it has been hard to make new friends, ones that stick with me. its been tough in school. social life and grades and such. being who I am is still a big accomplishment though, and like you, i wouldnt trade my life. you are important, dont try to skip the hard moments in your life, make something good out of it. this video hit hard and im so lucky i came across this. i will live like a child until i cant, because i know i can always get older and never younger. living in the moment is important, and i want anyone who finds this comment to know that. if its a memorable experience (a concert, friend hang out, day at the park, last day of school, etc), then put down the phone, stop recording or texting or watching whatever. it isnt worth it. if youre young like me, please live. you never know if youll die earlier than expected too. youll never know anything about your future or anyone elses. make the most of your life while you can. things can wait, but time wont. ❤
I'm 17, nearing adulthood and i really relate to this video. I look back with nostalgia at those treasured memories from the past and i want to succeed because of the people who helped me create such memories. A really nice video coming from the heart
Same with me bro, and it works, so use those thoughts as fuel, it also makes the journey so much more meaningful ❤️

3:52 I have had to worry about it. I am 10-15. I’ve had to worry about if my mom could pay the bills, if we would have enough food. I quit eating at home just so everyone else in my moms house could eat.
ya’ll had the best childhood, my whole childhood was just being bullied by my friends and abused by my parents,i used social media from time to time but it made my problems worse i firstly used it to distract myself from my home, i found a real good friend online,we talked for two months and he just ghosted me. I liked him a lot, i met him in real life a few times. I wanted to tell my mom all the things that i felt, the sadness and happiness, but my mom just said i was too young to feel this way and i didnt understand what ‘love’ or ‘depression’ feels like. I think every kid’s parents have to understand that their kids can experience stuff like this too. I wasn’t able to tell my mom anything because i was scared and insecure, she would usually hit me if i said these things. I never had much time playing with my friends as my mom didnt permit it, i only had like 20 mins per day to talk with my friends or play some games and stuff like that. I dunno how you guys have such an amazing childhood,i had score 100 on my exams just to get a lollipop. I loved reading at that time but my parents refused. All i did in my childhood was just studying and crying, i had friends that i couldn’t talk to, i had crushes that i couldnt tell my mom, i had secrets that i can’t confide to anyone. Though i was young, i sometimes attempt to make myself pass out in order to forget my things in mind. If you actually have good parents, dont be rude to them, instead you should respect them for being there for you, i’ll never understand how people’s parents allow their kids to like someone as my mom never allowed(my dad went for the milk) I hope nobody will experience this, having bad parents and stuff
As a middle schooler going through a mental crisis, this hits, hard. I’ve been having suicidal thoughts lately. Thinking about admitting myself to a mental hospital. I don’t actually know how many years, days, or weeks left before I fully break down and just give in. But… thank you. This piece of wisdom will forever live in my mind, and might keep me living. Thank you so much.

I'm a 12 year old and I'm just happy that this man doesn't think all children are immature, today's world thinks that children can't take the least bit of mental suffering. Suffering is nescesarry in small doeses, mental or physical. Matured young children do exist in this world, it's just that it's just uncommon so see them. Not letting the young seddlings get plucked does not mean to prevent them from growing. So with all respect, please stop judging people by their age, judge them by their maturity.
I wish anyone who reads this comment the best life they can imagine

Yo bro i just recently discovered your channel during my exams and i just really really appriciate you helping every kid like me . I just recently turned 16 and i was just thinking about my future but you always remind me to enjoy my present too. But the porblem is that i live in india and here the society thinks that when you pass 10th grade (10th class in india) everyone expects you to become an engineer or doctor so every student starts preapring for JEE OR NEET ( Which are one of the hardest exams in india/world). But i am really thankful that my parents dont have this kind of mindset and they allow me to do anything i like. Plus by discovering your channel i just feel like i have a another purpose in my life and that is TO ENJOY MY YOUTH AND WORK HARD LIKE NEVER BEFORE 😊😊😊😊
Aye I’m so glad to hear that man. You have some W parents that for sure and I’m sure they’ve raised a W kid as well. Keep following that purpose of yours, it’ll take you places you never imagined ❤️

Thank you so much for that motivation. No joke I have had so much mental and emotional abuse from like fifth grade to where I'm at now, and to see a video about someone who had such a great childhood is what I needed to keep me going. Thank you.
Thank you...for this, as a young aged kid with social anxiety, this made me feel more confident.
This was a big wake up call, I have always worried about my future, but I’m still young, thank you.
I am 12 becoming 13 on the 25th of this month, I don't use social media platforms like Tiktok, Snapchat or others. I try to study and do homework but then I would play games with my mates. I do sometimes focus on my future as year 9 I choose what I am going to study for my GCSE's but thanks for letting me know that I should live my childhood enjoying it with my friends and family.
Parents say to their kids “oh grow up!” “Stop acting like a baby!” “Toughen up princess” but when their kids grow up they say “I miss the old days” “I miss when you were a kid” “why can’t you just be a kid again!?” “Stop acting like you’re so old! And wise!” Next time parents, and this is to all parents, let your kid be a kid..please? Because trust me you will regret taking their childhood and making them grow up so fast ❤

This video really changed my life! Thanks for creating amazing content! If it wasn’t for this video I probably wouldn’t be appreciating my childhood as much. Thank you! ❤❤❤
I turned 13 a month ago, and I want to thank you for this video. I’m going to high school pretty soon, and I’ve been worrying about extracurriculars, AP classes, etc. I think I’ve been trying to grow up way too fast, and this was the reminder that I needed to slow down. I’m glad I stumbled upon it.
