René Guénon on Hinduism

Selected quotes from 'Introduction to the Study of the Hindu doctrines' which was René Guénon's first major book. The book begins by defining metaphysics and addresses Western orientalist misinterpretations of Eastern traditions. It goes on to introduce key concepts common to all Eastern religions before going in to more detail on the principle Hindu beliefs. The book might more accurately have been entitled 'Introduction to Radical Traditionalism'.
