Then after that they created my VISA PROFILE for my interview schedule, but since I had a J1 Visa issued to me before, they asked me to logged in and used that old profile, so I followed their instructions, I retrieved my old profile, paid for the visa fee, and set a schedule. Hello Argo, I got problems when I start Generate Application Id. 1. When I started an Application then answer security question. Then next the webpage error so I can’t get in by this application id because I didn’t fill my surname and year of birth yet so I gen new application id 2. With new Application id. I fill my surname but my passport my surname is xxxx-xxx so I fill same as my passport and answer other question my birthday till finish my personal part 1 and review information before save information. I have applied my visa application 6 months ago via agent and he filled my DS160 and sent me all photos what information he filled in it but did not send me the hard copy or soft copy after finishing. He shared my id and password from where I can schedule my interview and see my personal details.
Now, I have scheduled my interview in April 2nd but I unable to download my DS160 and I sent mail to embassy and they send me link where FAQs are there but that did not help me to get ig done.
Do you have any solution for this?

I made an error in my last ds160 application form with my parents date of birth. Instead of 1963 I put 1962 and instead of 1953 I put 1950 in my previous application ds160 form. I want reapply but I want to correct it in my new ds160 will that be a problem?
On my fiances petition we have Clarin bohol as her city of birth but on the ds160 we accidentally only put Clarin Philippines and not with bohol.

Hello sir/ma'am, I am from Myanmar(Burma) . My sister from my home country has one major error. So she is gonna update by filing new DS-160. But what we worry is the embassy will make us reschedule appointment again. It is hard to get one in our country so please provide me how to do it without rescheduling the appointment. Is it ok if I just take old and new DS-160 confirmation pages and tell the support staffs? Is there some circumstance that they will not let us in because we don't reschedule? I got problems when I start Generate Application Id.
1. When I started an Application then answer security question. Then next the webpage error so I can’t get in by this application id because I didn’t fill my surname and year of birth yet so I gen new application id
2. With new Application id. I fill my surname but my passport my surname is xxxx-xxx so I fill same as my passport and answer other question my birthday till finish my personal part 1 and review information before save information. Then the problems happened.
I can‘t retrieve an application because when fill surname 5 letters is xxxx- (I just know I can‘t use -) and year of birth
System show I can‘t use - and year of birth is wrong.
Question :
1.How can I do with it? But I‘m really sure. My Year of birth is correct but How can I do about my surname.
2. Can I gen New Application id? Shell I get a problem when I get interview?
3. What can I do?
