    Me speaking
    I have not spoken so much in my videos before.
    My plan is to speak more. I feel I often need more info on some of the things I do in the video.
    It is pretty hard beginning to do: I am use to get the words served, either through tv or reading. But finding the words myself is a lot harder, I very seldom speak English. Hopefully it will be better. It sucked when I edited, because I know what I am doing wrong. But I can’t redo it at this poing. Anyway hope what I say make sense.
    I said the horse hove fungus thing, because I have called it horse shoe a lot of times. I couldn’t remember what I said, so I made that take to be sure. And sure enough; I said it wrong.
    Long time since last video
    I have had an eye operation where I was not allowed to lift anything for 3 weeks. (I don’t need glasses any more)
    Musen had problems with a gland, and had to be kept at home, not doing anything for a week.
    I was making a video where I built something, but someone destroyed it, before I was finished. …more on that later.
    It has been storming and raining to much.
    …I can’t find more excuses.
    My Dog
    Musen - she is a Labradoodle

    This video is quite possibly the most important❤ video on the internet. The beauty& irony of you making a fire from everything in the woods which if you have ever tried making a fire from a bow& spindle you know...much less MAKING THE BOW& SPINDLE. DV im so impressed. At the summer camp i worked at as a teen it was a challenge to light the campfire with one match. Ive joked about "one match" being a blessing and a curse until i made fire with a bow& spindle kit that was gifted to me@ an outdoor science school. It was difficult in the dry mtns is ca and ur in wet climate. Knowing the woods takes a lifetime. You are a Master..im blown away by this gift youve given the world. Epic.❤ then the irony lol of boiling water& having an instant meal. I love you dv. Keep up w ur infectious humor & brilliant editing. Mostly thankyou for being here❤ ftr ur English is fine& i enjoy hearing ur voice. These skills you shared are the best! Glad u& mousey girl healed up stronger great to see u both. Again 1000x thanks❤

I see them once in awhile, but Morten is a busy man, and Bertram prefers to work alone, which is also what makes the best videos, as you only have the video to concentrate about. But it can change. Morten and me often talk about what we could do. Lately cooking videos. But we have not written anything in the calendar yet. :) skål. :)

    • @DonVonGun
      @DonVonGun  3 месяца назад

      I think I used 3 hours without the filming. The rope took a good amount of time. If should make fire with bow drill, and I could use string, and with the same tools, I guess I could make it in 30 min. ...maybe I should try it in a video. ...I don't know, it might be boring in just one take? ...you followed me for 8 years. :O Thanks man :)

      Thank you Martin :) The drilling is more more or less what you see in the video. Sometimes it takes a couple of try, depending on how dry the wood is. All of it; finding the materials, processing them etc.: 3 hours I guess, the string took the longest.
