- My dog; Musen is camping with a new hot tent, between the spruce trees in a local forest. (Midtjylland, Denmark)
Searching for fungi and cooking a couple of meals.

Musen:
My dog eats raw chicken every night. Besides that she has dry food available all day.
Musen (the mouse) is a labradoodle
She is half brown labrador and half black/white toy poodle.
Her real name is Effie, but i only use that when her hearing is bad. ;)

I do. I had little expectations of the oven as I had one from Winnerwell once, and it was crap. It could hardly hit 100 C. This one I had some trouble getting it under 260 C. :O I cooked the chicken thighs in under 30 minutes. :)
Great video. It's nice to camp in the forest, with fresh air and edible mushrooms.
I love your editing style, and how you get the sound from a clip that isn't yet playing, and lay it over the clip before it that is playing at the moment, and then change the clip to the one the sound comes from so it contextually makes sense. Very interesting method, and produced an amazing effect. I also love the unique shots you manage to get, like the frog climbing the tent wall, or the slug eating that tiny mushroom. You're a legend!
Thank you :) They are called J cut. The sound is under the video when you edit. I made some L cuts in the end. That is when the video is before the sound.

Not so many at this location, but longer west, near the west coast, there is plenty. The channel is not going so well since they changed the algorithm. That is a couple of years ago. It's comments like yours that makes me produce videos. Cheers :)

I had an oven from winnerwell some years back. It didn't work very well, had trouble getting it to 100 c. This one quick reached 200 c. and then 260 c. Chicken was done in less than 30 minutes. :O

@@lindamon5101 Yes they're ant hills made by the red wood ant, which is common here in Denmark.
That is wild, ant hills. Never would have thought that.
@@blacksmithcowboy4725 I understand because it's quite uncommon for ants to build their nests above ground, they usually build below, but this species acts more like thermites than ants. lol
Their nests is quite ingeniously build. It could look like a huge pile of randomly placed pine needles, but the truth is that every single needle is placed in a very specific way so the water runs OFF the nest instead of running INTO it, just like a thatched roof on an old European farmhouse keeps the water out.
They're quite the engineers the little critters. lol
Ants. Never seen them so big, and so many within a small area. :)
