I like how this video series has a summarized video for all locations and then a detailed video for each location.
The dog is the mans best friend, your dog stays by your side all the video. That made me warm to see DVG. I have a hunting dog and he always stays by my side as well, except from doing his hunting rounds. Cant imagine a life without a dog.

I’m beginning to look forward to these videos more and more. Thank you for showcasing not only the beauty of nature you have around you, but your fine skills also. I’d love to spend some time in meditation and mindfulness in such a natural location. Every time I watch, I wonder how it must feel to sleep on furs. I think it’s that primal instinct we all have inside of us. I look forward to seeing you spread that out each time. I’m an animal lover, but if an animal is used for food, if it’s all being used, and not just hunted for sport, I have no issue with it being hunted. (I know that’s controversial to some, these are just my beliefs) Thank you Don for another enjoyable watch : ) x
Thanks Sheila. :) I think the same be good to the animals and use what is possible. The reindeer skin is very thick and isolating. :)
DonVonGun Thank you for taking the time to reply : ) it sounds incredible. You are very blessed to be surrounded by these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. We have deer here & larger stags up in Scotland, but I’ve never seen one of the larger ones outside of a wildlife centre where they roam free. Reindeer don’t smell that great though! Lol
this kind of work is so much more fun and relaxing,,, than punching that time clock. … thnx 4 ur time.
Mother nature provides everything you need. You just bring your heart and imagination here to settle in.

And i agree with @Sheila Blake: this nowadays society or consumer society absolutely has no respect to life itself anymore. Animals are getting a waste product as well...All that stress they endure is not healthy for them or for the ones that consume (devour....) them. We forgot how to be humble and grateful, especially towards the other living beings who share this planet with us. Thanks to these video's i learn(ed) that there is a great group of bushcrafters out there, all sharing the same thought, all hope is not gone. It is a great way to educate people and especially children! Back in my days we had scouting groups, but they cease to exist more and more now :( So sad...

@@DonVonGun If it took a long time you'll want to keep it; I've had long hair for most of my life and in a moment of bad judgement cut it all off :( I knew with that first cut I'd made a mistake and it has taken forever to grow it back. It looks good on you . . . enjoy it while you can :))
