nah i'm sure they were aware of exactly what was going on. cuz it's poland, and we're talking about writers, who aren't typically stupid people. in general europe doesn't guard nudity as puritanically as americans, so the question for them was probably more like, 'what would you do to get a job in your field, doing what you wanna do?' prolly not a ton of slots in poland for aspiring writers/narrative designers, so i really doubt anyone was tricked into this thinking it was innocent. they just made the choice that being naked was a small price to pay for that position

Contractually you might be able to require it if a person signs like Asmon said. But there are ways to dispute contracts and that reason would definitely go up to dispute.

I have worked with people who were worst, specially some people in higher up position, Sadly this is usually a result of severe corn addiction combined with other psychological issues and worst thing, You wouldn't know or notice it because most of them are discreet and choose their targets very very well.
