I personally love the fidget spinner trend because it gives me something to do when I’m bored, and I simply love spinning things! Wheels, fans, pinwheels, windmills, tops, and Fidget Spinners! HOWEVER…I will admit that it is annoying, disrespectful, and just plain rude when people just play with any fidget toy with either the intent to disrupt or just not caring if they are disruptive! It’s one thing to not care what others think and do what you want! But if you’re in a setting where you should be on your best behavior like in a movie theater, or during a class lesson, or you’re told to be quiet, you should at least try to be respectful of others!

I can peel potatoes but my cutting style of placing my thumb on the blade and peeling it over a hard surface so I can get away with holding both ends with thumb an finger is so slow that I'd rather use a potato peeler. The best way to do it with a knife is to hold it in your hand and peel potato towards your hand. My mom has been doing it for years without ever cutting herself but its so scary because if you lose focus or mess up as the blade accelerates when cutting an object you could wind up missing a finger or just some skin and flesh. I'm clumsy enough I've cut my thumb on a lid when opening a can of food that had a pull tab.
Chancre sores are the worst, I have special toothpaste that’s supposed to help with preventing them, but I still seem to get them every now and then.

I don’t mean to be that guy, but the mortgage rates increased because of the FED reserve hiking up the interest rates. It’s complicated, but this is supposed to reduce inflation by causing people to save more and spend less (which did work eventually for most things). The cost was the insane mortgage rates, so no one can buy a house for a few years now.

The central bank prints money, money is worth less, they then hike up interest rates to slow the inflation they caused.
This is stealing your money and giving it to various interests. It's the purpose of "private" central banks and fiat currency.
Look at prices in, say, USD, and compare it to precious metals at various times in history.
