@@samblake87 - that's great to hear! This really started me off as well. I still do this on workdays as up so early and can only manage ~10mins, then do 15-60mins on days not working ☺️ getting in the habit is the only way to keep it going, for me anyway!

I recently did that class again and was reminded of the quote and how much i love it, it resonated and still resonates well with me. I'm new to yoga and I've been following along daily! Does anyone have suggestions to keep your hands from sliding, especially in downward dog? It's more distracting than it is an problem. Thanks :)
Open your fingers really Wide, so you can see the mat between each. It will assure you put your weight equally in all the hand's surface and increase how adherent are your hands. Both of this things will keep you from Sliding. :)))
You can also get a mat with better grip if you can especially if you sweat easily. Keep the base of the thumb and all the knuckles of the fingers in contact with the mat. Keep your shoulders away from the ears. The inside of the elbows 'eyes' facing each other while you roll the shoulders outward in downward dog. Look at your knees in downward dog and pull in your belly button 'engaging the core'.

And I think one of these 10 min sessions would also be a good warm-up for days when I have time/energy to do a more intense Pilates or cardio workout afterwards. Speaking of which - I don't have yoga blocks but a Pilates ball has worked perfectly as a replacement in every video when needed so far.

I have the same problem! My feet keep sliding too I think that might be because my yoga mat is really worn so it doesn't give much of a grip anymore
I use a small hand towel for extra grip, when hot and sweaty. But over time your strength will improve.
