R: round
mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in the next stitch)
dec = decrease (join the next 2 stitches into 1)
sl st = slip stitch
st = stitch
ch = chain
F.O = finish off
[ ] = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

What is the diameter of the circle?
Does row 6 has 16 sc or 60?

I see 60, so the bag is a bit round in the inside and not totally flat.
Row 6 is a bit confusing can you explain please?
Hope you’ve figured it out by now BUT at row six what they just forget to say is you make two of the circles. On your second circle you make a second row of 16sc, and after that row you combine the two circles together with a sc through both sides. Hope that helps:)
