Though he has aged and his voice has drastically changed, Brett is still an amazing performer. This song just hits different, even if delivered in a mellow tone, if it's Brett Scallions singing it!

He is a magnetic presence on stage - no doubt. He just has that "it" factor. It's hard to sing the way he did in his 20s, let alone in his 50s. I don't blame any singer for doing what they have to to sing at an older age - dropping down to lower keys or using technology to help them some.
