Nope, this wouldn't work for my stupid problem - narrow heels that slide up and down in the back of the shoes. About 99% of all shoes that are the right length and width for my feet are too wide in the heel. I've had no success with any so-called self-adhesive heel grip liners that I've tried because they wouldn't stick to the inside of the shoe.

i know your pain if the shoe fits my heel it doesnt fit my toe. when I came out the womb my mother noticed that i had tiny heels. no the inserts dont work we need an entire heel prosthesis. its depressing since shoes are my favorite article of clothing.
